Can’t view live stream/video

Always get a video load fail error when I get notifyd that someone is at my door, it’s so annoying what’s the point of getting the notification when you can’t see anyways. Please fix as this is the reason I bought the product

Good quality video doorbell

Good image quality, app is easy to use. Very convinient to answer doorbell even if I am away from home. Feel much safer now as long as I carry my cellphone.

Good hardware but crappy app

Own a doorbell camera and a wireless camera and their quality is quite good. Unfortunately, the experience is spoiled by an app that always has bugs and settings that simply do not work. Will be switching to TP-Link Tapo system as I upgrade and add components.

Very good application

The AOSU application is well built and works well. It would be nice to have the snooze feature right on the home page for quick access. Currently you have to go to settings. Also a Apple Watch with the snooze option would be nice.

Unable to mute app

I can’t discretely check my notifications. When I mute my phone and set the volume to zero, the app overrides the setting and plays the audio.
I can’t discretely check the app in most situations which makes it worthless to me.

Additional features

It would be cool to be able to type out your own quick messages for your camera to say through the speaker. A quick button for night time and day time would be handy, Other wise great app.

Video play failed, please try again

Every time I have to close app , because if I’ll not close , next time I’m open and connection failed, I like the doorbell and app, except this issue!
