What a Horrible Interface
For a bank that earns this much money, with such a huge team, this app is astoundingly horrible looking. The UI is 1998 and the amount of clicks you need to do anything is crazy. Honestly should simply start over and review what Scotia has done.

Horrible upgrade
I understand the premise of having an update that offers more security, but what is the point of offering the SMS option to send security codes when attempting logins if you can only use a local Trinidad 868 #. Is the bank not catering to clients who may have migrated and have foreign numbers?

Extremely slow
App is a good step for the introduction and transition to completely online banking but it is extremely buggy, the app crashes when trying to transfer between accounts, and excruciatingly slow when it comes to logging in via another device with OTP, and the auto sync feature does not work at all.
For a bank to not invest enough money into the technical aspects of their own app and operating systems, I don’t know how comfortable I feel knowing they have my money. Sooo maybe cash is better for now…
