Good game for learning languages
Enjoying the free to play so far!
Definitely wish for a few things:
-Having a friend’s list.
-A way to trade Naalas to people.
-A way to see the parent of the Naala.

Great Overall
I am kind of reviewing at this point we will see how it goes when it gets to language I am less familiar with. One the thing that bothers me so far as you don’t have the option to watch more ads, which I never thought I’d say. Amount of ads required to continue is not unbearable, however they only let you top up via ads a few times per day.
Edit:After playing for a while the limit on how many ads you can watch and how much energy can get is actually very fair compared to most games. I was just playing way too much in the beginning lol. Great work guys

Love the game and idea
I love the mechanics of the game and how I’m able to switch between farming and fighting modes. The one thing I’m disappointed with is how limited you are to watch ads. After just 4-5 ads I’m left with the “no ads available” screen. I do like that there as an option to purchase the game outright instead of only having subscriptions so I might save up for that.

Cozy and encouraging
Still early on so we’ll have to see how the learning side of things goes, but so far it feels welcoming with a variety in tasks to prevent getting frustrated and burning out.

I love farming games and adventuring so combining the two with the addition of learning a new language makes me keep coming back to play the game! Already waaaaay better than any other language learning app I have tried! <- including Duolingo

Lingo Legend awesomeness!
I’m really enjoying learning Canadian French through this app, completely free and choosing to watch a short ad once in a while for extra free energy, (which is actually very generously proportioned). It’s great for very beginners like myself who have to start with the basics and build up from there. Definitely on my “Recommended This!” list!!

Good concept but…
I chose Korean. I know a lot of vocabulary already but struggle with verbs. Your questions classed me as Unit 4, verbs. But the 3 first chapters in this unit are teaching me basic vocabulary like man, boy, baby… which I’ve known for years. While the game is cute, I am not sure how helpful it will be since it is not teaching me what I was classified for.

Language learning
I just downloaded this and got premium right away. I know that seeing ads whenever I need energy would eventually get annoying so I just bypassed that, and intern get many more perks as well.
My suggestion is for gear, can you pls ad another category which is: face. We have head items which things like masks, and sunglasses goes in, it would be better if they were two separate categories. That’s all my suggestion at the moment. Oh also I’m learning Russian and it’s very fun so far, this type of repetition helps me to fix things which I get wrong more than I should. I will send my suggestion from here in feedback tab as well. Thank you!

Amazing app but sometimes no sound
I love this app and it does a great job of keeping me engaged and thus sticking with learning words and phrases for a longer time, but I've noticed recently that sometimes when I open the app, there's no sound at all. I've tried toggling settings, but the app says I have sound when in fact I don't
Aside from that, I love the narrative and how learning words/phrases directly impacts how the character performs in the fights

Not What I Was Looking For
I downloaded it after reading about a dozen positive reviews on it but was severely disappointed in the shoddy craftsmanship that the game presented, from its lack of instruction to its error-riddled language tasks that don’t even bother to allow you to input in the right answer OR skip the task if there are problems with it - leaving you stuck exactly where you are. Honestly, take a few pages from Duolingo’s book and at least make a language app that’s moderately functional. -1/10

I’ve tried other apps to learn languages but this one is by far the best. It’s super interactive and inclusive of different learning styles so I actually retain what I’m learning. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to learn a language!

App is good but please fix nickname issues
It was good when I was able to play, but now it’s forcing me to pick a nickname for the leaderboards and it keeps saying it can’t connect when I try to submit anything, and there’s no option to skip, so the app is unusable
UPDATE: the error message is wrong, it probably failed because the nickname was already taken, I made a name with a bunch of numbers (so very unlikely somebody else already had it) and it accepted it.

I find this to be an awesome way to provide flash card-like memory training without it being a complete motivation drain due to the RPG aspect of the game. Great!

When it comes to language learning apps this one is pretty polished and engaging, I enjoy it. I had to give it a 3 star though because if you miss a day or (3 in my case) and start to forget it is very challenging to get back into this. Just feels like this is something that was maybe missed, it doesn’t ease you back to where you were. Would love to see that implemented

Little disappointed that it’s more wallet draining mobile game than it is language tool. Didn’t expect a whole detailed lesson, but the balance is way too heavy on the game side of things.

It does it’s job
It does teach you the language you want to learn at the cost of having an energy based system. I understand it’s a free to play game so it has to make money somehow but give us more energy, only giving us 15 energy a day then making us watch an ad for every time you want to battle is pretty annoying.
