I can't wait to show it to you, it took some time to get it ready for prime time, but the day is finally here !

All your presets sync between your Apple Watch and iPhone, you can edit them on your iPhone for convenience and it will sync to Apple Watch automatically.

No worries, if you don't want to bring your iPhone along, the Watch App has all the features so you can make changes on the fly directly on the Watch.

Best FREE interval timer app!! (With ads)
This is the BEST & ONLY actual FREE interval timer app (with small ads). It’s very simple, but it does the job perfectly!! It can say the title of each interval (which you can also turn off) and you can set the beeper/alarm for as short or long as you want. The time is in bold numbers so it’s easy to see. Amazing, thank you!!!

This is the best app for time workouts. The only criticism I have is that you can only start a workout from the beginning. I’d often want to start part way in, but I can’t! Other than that it’s awesome.
