Waste of time
Don’t waste your time and energy with working to this company. They pay 180$ for driving 650km with 15 deliveries.
I drive 30 minutes to pick an order but I noted it is alcohol delivery and without certificate a driver is not allowed to do alcohol delivery in Ontario. When I shared my concerns with Tyltgo team member ( Harman) he said oh sorry we thought you have the certificate. When I asked them compensation for my travel and time he gave me a crazy answer saying paying compensation is against our company policy 😂😂😡😡.
So do yourself a favour dont work with them.

You have to lift very heavy items
I did a delivery for 50 min for 20$, but it takes about 1 hour to fill the car and unload the boxes, 14 extremely heavy boxes. And for delivery I have to put it upstairs. I was really hardworking around 2 hours job. For 20$

HORRIBLE SCAMMING COMPANY
I want to start off by saying that if I could give zero stars to this company, I would. The individuals running this company scam their drivers by underpaying. $50 to deliver 18 orders in 3 hours with up to 100Km drive?
Don’t get me started with the customer service individual MARK, he is unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. If arrogance could be a person, he would be it.
DON’T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, you’ll be wasting your time, money and energy. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

They suspend my account because of strikes.. i got some emergency whenever i cancel routes.. and once i cancel route 30 min before by telling catherine regarding emergency they guve me 6 strikes and suspend my account. After that i trying to email lot of times..they are not even replying..

Deceptive Business
Let me start off by saying that the pay is garbage. Each trip is $0.40/km. The only way you can make any money is if you can catch a route with a large surge. This app manipulates drivers into accepting $200 trips for 350km for 18 stops. Which is absurd.
I experienced their deceptive business practice first hand:
One of my experiences was when they expected me to wait outside in the cold for the packages to be delivered to a warehouse. When I refused and told them to pay me, they gave me a strike on my account. Then when I called them out on it, they gave me another strike for no reason and terminated me. Then they purposefully ignored my messages.
I honestly feel terrible for those poor drivers they are scamming. This company is full of con artists.

Don’t download the app
The app isn’t good to work and their employees so rude specially Harman they give u a route and after u accept and start delivering they will ask u to bring the return bags to them or they will suspend ur account they weren’t clear with me , I don’t recommended anyone to join them or install the app till they change their behaviour with us.

Abuse their driver’s
A very fabulous company turned to a foolish who abuse their driver’s. Specially Harman until he is there. Mind my words Tyltgo will go Bankrupt. If the company want to survive get rid of egoistic and misbehaviour Harman. I met 15 persons who use to do Tyltgo but due to Harman’s arrogant misbehaving attitude they stopped.

Sunday was my 1st shift with this company… Although the person I was speaking to on the other end is the text messages didn’t really introduce themselves or provide me with much instructions on my 1st day, I had to keep asking for the next steps..Once I got the hang of what I was doing it was pretty straight forward, and the deliveries aren’t all over the place.. each order is pretty straightforward once you get going…/

Paid $40 for a background check, got approved two weeks ago & yet they won’t approve my hours or send me any shifts. Waste of time & money
