▷ SHOWGIRL WORKOUT: The sensually sculpting Showgirl Workout is all about toning your body while making you feel fabulous in your own skin. An intense workout based on a professional dancer’s “Pre-Show fitness routine”, this class targets your whole body with elegant dance-based movements. Grab your heels and pair this workout with one of our Showgirl choreography classes to embrace your femininity and get in touch with your inner glamazon.
▷PLUS: In addition to our signature classes, we also offer a wide range of dancer’s favourite workouts including Pilates, Yoga, and several other dance-based & fitness classes.
