Get up in the morning with more energy!

I was reluctant to try this because it reminded me of my neighbours’ dog. However, I went ahead and gave it a try for 3 weeks and I finally got off my bad habit of forever hitting snooze and finally comply with my ideal waking time with the help of both the vibrate and zap alarms. I actually have more energy now when I get up immediately rather than hitting snooze and sleeping a little longer.

I’ve had this bracelet for about three months and the shock doesn’t seem to be as effective as it was when I first got it. This bracelet saved my life. I’m a very heavy sleeper and don’t wake up to my alarms. I wish it was still working.

Итак, покупал павлок 3 потому что не слышу будильник. Шокер в часах крутой, ощутимый. Много режимов, самый крутой из них - определение по датчикам действительно ли я встал - если вырубил будильник и дальше сплю - повторяет разряды. В приложении куча функций, и не понятного функционала (для меня) предназначенного для борьбы с привычками. Ну ладно. 4 звезды - потому что аудио будильник - оооочень тихий, вибро - воообще еле вибрирует. Уже или уберите эти функции полностью, или сделайте по мощнее. И не понятно, если я покупаю часы за 200 баксов, почему я должен покупать подписку в приложении на определенный функционал? Жаль нет дисплея даже самого минимального на часах, со временем. Это ж часы все таки!

The bot is no longer responsive, and I can’t set any habits up. My device also keeps unpairing for no reason. I’ve yet to see if it helps me get up but if it disconnects like this frequently I’m a bit concerned

I like it

I’ve always had troubles with sleeping in and sleeping through alarms and this honestly changed my life lol i wear it every night. Battery lasts quite a while, probably about 10 days. I don’t use the device to its full extent but what I do use it for it works great. It also tracks sleep which is nice too. The app is easy to work but sometimes glitchy. Sleep data won’t show up until later, or Bluetooth disconnects and you have to sync the device again. This is annoying when you have an alarm going off and you can’t shut it off.

Almost perfect

The device itself work as expected. A great improvement could be that the heart rate monitor to be effective all the time instead of only in sleep mode. The Bluetooth communication failed regularly.

Life Changing

I was having serious issues with my partner having to rely on her to wake me up. I’m such a heavy sleeper a light alarm won’t wake me up. She would always have to worry about me getting up. The first day I used the watch I was able to wake up when I wanted to without disturbing her sleep. It’s a relationship saver for me. Thanks so much Pavlok!

Unreliable app and functions

Exceptionally disappointing. A great concept with poor execution. Alarms disappear, sleep data doesn’t appear for days if at all, habits duplicating randomly and eventually alarms were going off at random that were never created. Support only advises to reset the device or reinstall the app. Product not ready for reliable or effective use.

Really tedious. Product nearly unusable. The one thing it does (silent alarm plus zap) is worth it but every other aspect of the app detracts from this fact.

Lessens my anxiety

My body likes to sleep in a lot, and because of this I have missed many important functions (like exams) that happen in the am. I have tried all the alarms, even for people that are hard of hearing, they don’t work and I just wake up with a headache. I have never slept through this alarm watch which really helps calm my nerves about waking up on time. Just wish it was a little harder to take off in my sleepy morning haze. My unconscious self really likes to remain asleep and therefore tries to take it off in the morning (which it has successfully done a few times).

sitting here with it buzzing constantly after i turned the alarm OFF and did 500 goddamn jumping jacks. this is amazing i’m so glad there’s no way to override the alarm and im just stuck now because it won’t recognize my jumps!

This app and device changed my life for the better. It got me out of bed on time, got me out of the funk I was in, and got me on track to taking control of my life. Cannot recommend this enough

Very effective

I can be a very heavy sleeper. There could be 4 alarms going off right beside me and I would sleep through 4 hours of it. I have medication that I need to take every 4 hours so my husband calls me in the night to make sure I take my medication. We have tried everything and once he ordered this shock clock 2, after he calls multiple times and I don’t answer he gives me a shock to wake me up. Hasn’t failed yet! I also get drowsy during the day so I set a timer for a couple of hours and set it to shock every 15-30 mins just to make sure I’m awake and focusing. Would definitely recommend.

Product not as good as advertised

I’ve had 2 shock watches. Work a 7x7 shift 12-16hr days I’m up. It’s great but doesn’t hit the battery life they’d market up to be. All these habit feature are weird to set up. Volt cool idea. Never got what I used my volts for!

Had High Hopes, disappointed

Had High Hopes, let down with the product and customer support. The unit itself is basic, charges and operates fine. It constantly has malfunctions with software. Contacting customer service is beyond dreadful. I give this product 0.5 stars. I do not recommend.

Constant unpairing and no Apple Health?

EVERY single morning I need to spend 5 minutes repairing my phone with my Pavlok JUST to shut the alarms off.

Also no Apple health integration in 2024 is a deal breaker for me.

Can’t Log In

There’s 1 review for this and it’s from 6 months ago. This is still an issue. I can’t log into pavlok 3 with my old account or a new one which has rendered my device useless. I use this to make sure I get up on time to run film sets. I used to speak wonders about pavloks but now it’s a bigger pain than a regular alarm clock. I’m supposed to be getting sleep, not having a company waste the time I use to sleep.
