I crafted this app as a digital circuit simulator that you can build an 8-bit computer from simple logic gates if you don't want to tangle with the hardware issues as a software engineer and cut some wires and break any hardware.
As a beginner, now you can try to implement the concepts in your computer systems course. Or take a look at the tutorials on the website which I will record my process to build an 8-bit computer.
