The IG Wealth app is free to download. If you haven’t registered for Online Access yet, you can register through the app in three easy steps.

As bad as the website
The app takes forever to load (when it finally does). From what I have been able to look at before I gave up (extremely slow and/or it crashes), the functionalities are as limited as the ones on the website. Same very poor experience.
I do not understand how the upper management of a company of that size would accept to offer such a poor interface to its customers. Has the Exec team ever tried the customer interface (app or web)? If not, why? If yes, why are they allowing this to happen?
Wealth Management apps (or websites) must be perfect as they are the most important apps on my smartphone. How can I not be a little worried about the reliability of the IG back office IT system (read: my money is well managed and protected) with such a poor end user experience?
This app (and website) does not reflect by far the same rigour than the Investors Group that I know for 38 years.

Works Well - no longer need paper statements
Good to see my investment and mortgage information all in one place now. Easy to use.

Doesn’t Work
I like the idea of the app but can not even get to the sign-in page. All you get is an IBM SAML msg. It looks like this app isn’t ready for Prime Time. Will try it again in another six months. Until then, I guess it’s back to Safari and the normal login.

Just downloaded the app. Does not work. Just throws up error messages

Doesn’t work at all
Opened it first time and got some kind of weird SAML message with IBM at the top. iPhone 11 Pro here.

Can’t change the language of the app
My iPhone is currently in English but I changed the app language in Settings (iPhone settings) and it keeps opening in English. Also, I can’t switch to French in the main screen of the app. It works fine if I keep it in English. Maybe a little update will fix the problem.
