Can’t “submit” ever!

I have tried to use the app multiple times and although I can always enter my responses to the question, it errors out at the “Submit” button. Thankfully we have been able to jump on a computer from home but if we get caught away from home without the computer we are screwed!

I find your entry date odd. Why can we not just fill out the form and come back when we want. Say I want to go on a 3 day trip and I fill the app accordingly and then want to come home early? I’d be ahead of my date and disallowed? Or if I go for a one day trip but get drunk and chose to not drink and drive then I’m going to be late of the date entered
There has to be some leeway. And it should be say within 3-4 weeks of the entered arrival date. So a total of 6-8 weeks to accommodate both early or late arrival. Also why fiddle with this app if you cross the line for weekend get always. I’m sure this can be amended

I needed to return to Canada briefly for work. I arrived on June 03, and returned to the USA on the 6th then started receiving mandatory quarantine emails from arrive can, stating: as instructed upon arrival! No one told me that I was in mandatory quarantine on arrival! I was not in quarantine, I am fully vaccinated, never had covid or was in contact with anyone testing positive for covid. Was tested entering the states and again prior to returning to Canada. A week later, When I tried to return to Canada, I was unable to complete my arrive can information because “apparently “ I was in quarantine! Needless to say check in at airport was a nightmare! They completed my quarantine information and submitted that, then deleted the app and reloaded, then tried to just fill out online without app. When all failed they washed their hands of me, told me to get on the plane, and said they’ll need to deal with me in Canada. As if I were a criminal or threat to society. This is ridiculous.

Everyone I know has had nothing but problems getting it to work. Stress frustration anger. It gets blocked on so many wifi networks if you don’t have our overpriced cell data roaming (that this govt only helps inflate) too bad…this gov is ONLY out to help themselves not you. Is a step for the privileged
That meaning with the patience/ money for a phone/ ability to fill out / aware that would have needed to keep paper copy of vaccine and do not have any language barriers.
Having to use a phone when at the border says no cell phones is incongruent
Still having to fill this out as a Canadian citizen when masks are done and everyone is socializing is not logical

how is this the #1 app and how are there so many 5 star ratings when all but one of the reviews in the app profile are 1 star? this is cumbersome bull that no one wants and it serves no good faith purpose. it makes the border even more of a pain than it was before all of this clownery. Canada is way more authoritative and ridiculous in their border entry than the US; I’m sure that creates some cognitive dissonance for their fragile, unsound superiority complex. this pointless app is clearly being manipulated in its ratings and first place in the app store, just wonder by who and for what reason?

This is not the Canada I grew up in…show me your papers.
With a 99.8% survival rate from covid…not everyone in the country needs to be vaccinated.
Canada along with the other 19 wealthiest countries in the world has hoarded 4.3 billion doses of the vaccine and have left country’s like Africa (population 1.275 billion) with less then 3 percent having a single jab, with nothing. History will look back on Mr Trudeau for his lack of comparison and it wouldn’t be kind.
