I paid twice for pro within one year, and then they started sending me messages saying they were banning me if I didn’t send them identification they’re looking for your passport, your drivers license or a medical card. To prove that I’m not 14 years old. when I did send them an expired passport picture, they sent an email saying it did not met the requirements. So they’ve collected almost $500 from me for their pro account and now they’ve banned me from using it.
Personally, I think Apple should remove this App from the platform

I get that the app needs money to make more “products” (editing tools) but how about instead of being like the other “free” editing apps where you have to pay monthly for the whole premium you have your consumers pay for the editing tools they want on the app, and just choose what you want to charge and after they buy the one tool it’s theirs forever, cause I know that there are others who would like to edit but they might not have the time or patience but they don’t wanna pay for a monthly for something they will be using only once every few weeks or months. Just price your editing tools and you can make the Pro for others who want to take editing seriously by giving them “special” tools that only they see and can get. I don’t know if you guys will really think about this but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to voice my opinion

Just updated to the most recent version, and I am now unable to import clips and audio through the app. I have to go into finder and drag the clips into my media library on the app. While this definitely isn't the biggest issue in the world, it is still pretty annoying sometimes. Would add an additional star if this is problem gets resolved! Overall, it's a pretty great app — I just wish it was a bit more efficient! :)

The iOS app is great since it comes with premade templates which makes it easy for you to create awesome videos relatively easy. The iOS app lacks when it comes to the importing media (finding your photos is really hard) and the app also automatically trim some of the videos and photos imported- sometimes it doesn't even allow you to adjust them properly. (instagram for example allows you to zoom out a photo completly without trimming and applies a special background when you do that).
When it comes to the MacOS app the app supports transitions and some effects, as well as basic video editing which is great, however I'd like for it to have the templates available on iOS since it'd make editing on a Mac a smooth processs.

I've been using CapCut for over a year and a half and its awesome. It's so easy to use, everything is right there infront of you. This is the first editing app i've downloaded and it's still my favorite since its not complicatedd like other editing apps. You can find easy tutorials on YouTube if your stuck on anything or want to learn how to do cool transitions. I am glad that they added it on computers so now I can use capcut on everything! I love this app and I definetly reccomend it.

I just want to say that this app is like AMAZING. It’s free and like there are so many effects, it’s amazing. But when I edit it lags quite a bit and it wouldn’t play smoothly (but when exported its fine). It’s a little frustrating but it’s good. It’s a little tiring having to go back and forth because it just wouldn’t play properly. Please take a look!

YOOO what i love the most is the effects are all free and it has no logo or watermark. now i don't have to stress & cry over some other tweaked apps that are revoked or sum anymore. thank you so much for this! i'm so happy i found this app today.

I love it! I only got it today and it was amazing, everything is free and there isn’t any watermark! I totally recommend, it’s great for making edits, etc! I 100% recommend.
