In order to make the process easier and faster for your arrival into the Kingdom of Cambodia, the General Department of Immigration has developed a new system for all travelers to prepare and submit all necessary documents in advance.
The new digital form includes the Electronic Visa On Arrival, Immigration Form, Health Declaration and Custom Declaration.

Buggy application
This application process will be difficult for people like my boomer parents who aren’t comfortable with technology.
Even I struggled with the app in its current state from the start.
1) When creating a profile and trying to save it says ‘Access Denied Please fill all required fields’ but doesn’t go to the fields missing and for my profile at least everything was there… had to basically close app and redo for it to work and save my profile. Improvements: ability to save unfinished profiles, show where there is missing required fields. Additional bonus: change ‘Passport Photo’ field to ‘photo of your passport’. Only figured this out after trying to scan my passport and then having it auto fill in and saving the full picture of my passport in that field. Thought it was like the rectangular passport picture that it was asking for
2) Date of arrival/departure has a bug where it selects the day prior. Eg select March 10 it shows as March 9.
3)Countries visited in past 14 days. Tried searching for Thailand and Canada… doesn’t show up. Instead have to scroll to find(Thailand being very far down the list). Additional bug, can’t multi select… I selected both Canada and Thailand and it only saved Thailand. Had to go back in and add Canada again.
Hopefully these reports can help improve the application as I feel people may shy away from Cambodia if they have to do this eArrival but it’s so hard to use because of the bugs.
