I have tried now about 10 times to create an account. It won’t tell me why it doesn’t go through, so I think this app is simply faulty. Disappointing and aggravating.

Garbage app, not functional, hard for servers and customers to use. Lots of UX issues, dont think there was any Design Thinking or UX test for that. Lots of integration issues like customer not showing up for servers and vice versa, etc

I’m not sure what’s going on in this app - oh - EVERYTHING!
This app works like it’s one of those apps that aims to do everything but nothing really well. It is clunky and half-baked with a very odd interface.
It feels unfinished and doesn’t seem to really jive with any of the restaurant brands.
Sometimes it directs to a web page and other times it handles it in-app - pick one!

I have been using the App since Apr 2000. Didn’t realize it had just launched in the middle of COVID-19. Lots of amazing features and I love the ability to pay in App. I can’t wait for reopening of the restaurants so I can try some of the features in store.

Got an email from a partnered restaurant with this app that said I would receive 20% off my order if ordered through this app during the covid 19 quarantine. Put the promo code in and it said it was applied, however it did not reflect that on the bill before I placed my order. I refreshed the app and re put in my order multiple times and it still was not reflecting on my bill, even though it said applied. I placed the order anyways assuming that it was just a glitch and that it would update on my official receipt. It didn’t. I tried contacting and got no response. Won’t use again.
