Downloading and using ROM Coach is free. Take the Movement Age assessment, get recommended routines and browse the library of exercises and more with a free account. The ability to add exercises or routines to favorites and more than one routine to your calendar is available with a subscription.
The subscription automatically renews if you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription's expiration. You can manage your subscription and disable auto renew it at any time in your Apple account settings. You have the right to withdraw from your initial subscription within 14 days of starting it. What's New in Version 1.0.4

We're back with another new release where we've made the following minor fixes and enhancements:
- A timezone error where some users would be shown the wrong day on loading the Training Calendar
- UI styling elements to ensure consistency across all screens
- A menu styling bug when closing a full screen (landscape) video
- Made the heart RED when adding an exercise or routine as a favorite
- Added a red dot on the Train icon to let you know there's a routine to do today

Improves movement

I’m constantly contorting my body through my bjj training along with a number of other outdoor activities like trail running kayaking and hiking. ROM’s gentle guided movements are specific to issues that I experience. It’s easy to follow along and after only a couple of weeks I feel like my movement has improved. I will definitely continue and look forward to new exercises added each week. The only thing missing is some sound. LOVE IT ❤️

Great work out

I tried a few recommended moves as per videos, and really works. The assessment recommended were right to the point of my weaknesses, i work hard to meet them and my body muscles as described in videos. Thanks guys, that really helped 👍

Pleasantly surprised

I thought my results during the assessment would have shown less mobility due to my age and inactivity. It did show areas of weakness that I am aware of. The exercises to strengthen these are not as difficult as I would have thought and can be done almost anywhere. I am happy to have found an app that gives me the tools to focus on and improve my mobility.
