Caliber is a science-based fitness program that incorporates strength & conditioning, nutrition and habit formation to help you achieve your fitness goals for good.
Train on your own for free via the Caliber app, or work with a Caliber coach for even faster progress towards your goals.
All workouts are based on Caliber’s science-based methodology, which produces measurable improvements to your body composition via efficient, full body workouts that are personalized to your level of experience and equipment on hand.

Best App EVER

Finally !!! An app that allows you to track your weights when lifting! I’ve only been using this app for three weeks and already starting to see changes to body! I share this app with all my friends.

Login issues, can't workout

Just started using it so no results yet. However it disconnects me all the time and you have to login through a website, not the app. So Apple doesn't remember it automatically. Today I signed in and it said I tried to login too often (only once with remembered password) and my account has been blocked. Sucks cause I meant to do a workout just now but I'm stuck without access. If there was a choice not to login at all I would probably do that. I think this happens every new update of the app or something.

Surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend.

I was truly surprised by how much value I am getting out of my experience with my coach - Jenny Hughes - and the Caliber Strong app. Every day I communicate with my coach, getting valuable information on both exercise routines and nutrition. Jenny inspires me, provides encouragement and accountability support and also gives me lots of opportunity to provide feedback. I get a new workout plan every six weeks which gives me enough time to really perfect my form while building muscle. The app is great as well because it gives one place to track progress toward goals. It syncs with my health apps and nutrition trackers. I absolutely love how affordable this is. If you can’t afford an in-person, personal trainer - this, in my opinion , is the best option!

Great At-Home Workout Option

After months of working out at home because of COVID-19, my workout routine just wasn’t giving me the results I wanted. I signed up with Caliber eight weeks ago and it’s been 100% positive in terms of making progress towards my health goals. My trainer is attentive and supportive, and provides great advice related to nutrition and fitness. I have found the level of accountability is great too, with weekly check-ins. Overall, a great investment.
