Chews Through Data

App constantly resets to the home page, forcing you to re-select and reload the museum/gallery. Makes for a slow and frustrating experience, plus consuming massive amounts of data, which is at a premium when travelling.

Cumbersome, very inconvenient to use

The app keeps resetting to the home page everytime you open another app. It is ridiculously cumbersome to have to keep loading up a museum and entering an item number everytime I close the app to take a picture of something. And unlike other, similar museum apps, there is no table of contents to browse through for individual museums. And almost every single item for the J.P Morgan Library was mislabeled, providing audio in the app that had nothing to do for the item in question.
