Terrible
This is quite literally the worst parking app I have ever used. I felt like a caveman typing in all my information manually. Moreover, the App is riddled with errors making it crash or non functional frequently. I should get free parking considering how horrendously inefficient this app is. It’s 2024 — do better.

Does not work, complete waste of time
App takes forever to load the parking lot location, and glitches when you accidentally clicked into the wrong one and need to close the app to get back to the map. Payment doesn’t work. Ended up wasting 10 minutes of my time trying to pay via this app and I had to walk to the ticket booth to pay instead. Complete waste of time

Absolutely terrible
- Does not support Apple pay
- Does not support password generation
- Can’t even paste into password box if you generate a password manually
- Extremely janky ui for picking location
- Does not inspire confidence at all. I would not want to store my credit card with them given the overall quality of the software

Clunky, but effective
Title - this app is a bit clunky to set up a car and payment method, but once that is done, it’s quick and easy to pay for parking every time.

Won’t let me pick a Canadian province, only a state
Literally unusable for parking on Waterloo campus bc it won’t let me put in my car info with a province, it only lets me pick American states.

Breaks before you can even make an opinion
Needed this service the most when I was I looking for Parking on Waterloo Campus. Every time I clicked on a Location to park, it would crash and quit. Considering this was the only way to book parking, you could say I was less than impressed. Talk about needing to be refactored, this app needs a rebuild lol. Use the Flutter sdk idk.
