Pretty much useless

Created an account, went to log in and it said error with log in or password. I know I put in the right password because I just took out the account. I tapped on forgot password to try a new one, screen said it will email a verification code so I could continue but it never arrived after many attempts so I deleted the app as it wouldn’t move off that screen

Sharing Devices

We kindly request the developer to this app to look into this matter with urgency. As a user we are unable to share devices with friends and family. We keep getting a message stating “Share failed”

Please look into this and have an update for us allowing us to utilize the app to its full functionality.

Garbage app

Don’t even waste a moment downloading this spit out , untested app. Will hook up but not control or communicate with appliance. Best to leave the app on the shelf and manually operate appliance. Pretty sure it’s a big security risk leaving it on your phone

What’s the issue here. I can’t even create a password. It won’t send me a verification code. Is this some kind of joke?

Terrible

App unexpectedly signed out by itself for sound bar. Don’t forget your password…..app refuses to send password reset to your email. Tried dozen times. Called customer service days ago. They said they’d call me back with fix.

15 Pro Max App Resolution

Guy please update the app so we can have support for iPhone 14 & 15 Pro Max.. the buttons are very high up and we can’t press it!

Useless

The app don’t show the actual temperature of the Room for the AC. Other brands offer that and not tcl why? It’s a must to actually know the actual temperature, it’s like not showing the level of fuel on a car!

Updated the app bc it wasn’t working properly and now it just shows a blank white screen. The app has now been updated twice and still just a white screen. Useless.

Fix UI for 14 Pro Max

The buttons on the top of the screen are unable to be used if someone has the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Won’t connect to Google TV

App won’t recognize my r646 Google TV, and I doubt this will ever happen. For good reason: BestBuy had to PULL their 5 and 6 series off the shelves until they fixed their abysmal software…That was TWO years ago.

Problem fixed

Had some problems of connecting the dehumidifier before, but then TCL IT team fixed them for me after I emailed them. So Im gonna give 5 star as long as any problems can be properly fixed on time !

Not syncing and no notifications

App is of no use.

I do not receive any notifications regarding bucket full or change filter etc. i checked all my settings and they are fine. However, i don’t receive any notifications.

Also, when bucket is full and the unit stops and humidity level increases.. still the app shows humidity level when the unit is stopped but not current humidity level. Seriously this app needs update. If not, remove the app from store as current functionality is of no use.

Can’t find the dehumidifier device!

The instruction of the dehumidifier says long press the timer button for 3s and CF letter will appear on the screen. I followed the instructions but nothing happened! The app couldn’t find the device either.

Incredibly lacking

I should start by saying that this app does work. It allows me to control my dehumidifier, that is to turn it on/off, change the humidity level and set a schedule (shows as timer for some reason).

….BUT it doesn’t tell me when the bucket is full!!! Honestly, a ‘smart’ dehumidifier without a notification telling when the bucket is full is incredibly useless.
