Feels like I am being robbed
This app is forcing you to put 10$ minimum and there is no way to get your money back if you don’t use it all. Feels like I am being robbed. There is a refund function, but it is only when there is an issue with the machine.

Poor app reliability
Absolute garbage the app. I have to reboot my up to date I phone 4 times to be able to do 2 washing and 2 drying cycle. Other users in the laundry facility complaining about the APP To. Machine not starting or showing available but was not able to start. The coin system was always working

Scam!
Ridiculous to have to load $10 for a $3 wash and a $2.25 dry. So $10.50 for two loads or in reality $15 for two loads. What a scam!

Must have a US address to use
You cannot add funds to the app unless you have a US zip code. What a waste of my time on vacation.

A reason to leave a review
On vacation and hate hate hate that I need to make an app and then load a minimum of $10 for one load of laundry. Can’t even transfer to the card. Needed my phone(?!???!) to do a load of laundry? Couldn’t just swipe a credit card or feed a dollar, no, I needed to do a 30 minute ordeal to get through this app. Now I can’t even transfer the balance to a plastic card to leave it for the next guest at my AirBNB, it’s lost in the ether of my new useless phone app, that doesn’t even work in the laundry room due to lack of coverage in a basement.

Awesome
At first i was skeptical, then once downloaded, it works perfect. Even tells you when your laundry is done. No need to worry about having coins. Highly recommend.
