Ugh

I don’t like the fact that you NEED a profile picture, and you can’t select a photo, it has to be take on the spot. For that reason alone I won’t use this app. If they need one on file, fine, but it shouldn’t be a ‘public’ profile. Love the concept of zero cashiers but hate the public profile needed just to shop. I’ll stick to self check outs.

Why do you need my credit card Aisle24?

So company, you clearly know people are concerned cause you stated ‘YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED’, ok, so why is it required?

Requires too much personal information

Like the other review has stated, I downloaded this app only to delete it without making an account as it requires an uncomfortable amount of personal information.
Having a spot in my building to buy quick snacks is nice but with the amount of information required to even make an account I’d rather just walk down the street for whatever I need.

It’s going to be a pass.

Very uncomfortable with the level of information required only to sign up for an account in the app.
If this was backed up by a reputable company, I’d be willing to give it a try. But both the facts that there seems so be zero media coverage on the company operating Aisle24, and that the present app seems to have been produced on a $5 budget give me no reassurance that my information will be stored and use securely and properly.
Having a self-serve store in my building seems like a great, convenient idea, but I’d rather just go to the corner store down the street that doesn’t ask for the equivalent of a credit check before I enter their premises.
