In the peak load setting - can you provide calendar days to select along with hours? I live in Canada and we have Saturday and Sunday as off peak days.

T7 works better with xiaomi home
I have noticed that anytime they update firmware the robot goes crazy. on the last update the whole map went got corrupted and the robot even forgot where the charging station was. I had to reset the whole thing and move it to show me Home app.

Amazing
This is an amazing vacuum and I’m excited to see the reviews on the s8 line. Now all you need is to figure out how get it down to a different floor on its own maybe to fly like a drone or have it have an attachment like tank wheels. Keep up the awesome work. An AI duster would be awesome too.

I had to enable airplane mode to connect my S7
I had to enable airplane mode + wifi. Maybe the cellular connection was messing it up?

Great product but….
We got the s7 maxV+ ultra with auto empty/wash dock and everything works grate but the problem is when you need to order accessories and or supplies they don’t have a Canadian retailers nor do they ship to Canada from the app it self which is odd because any other company can allow you to order from the company to Canada directly. Will update and change rate if that becomes available in Canada.

nice to have function - when it stumbles onto something, once obstacle is removed , still goes around it. Would be great to be able to reasses and clean that area not go around the previous piece of furniture or even a pet.DIanaGet lost

Stop making the app worse with updates
It used to be a 4.5 star but its now a 2 star since it works well but has MANY bugs.
Every time the app and firmware update for Roborock S6, the device seems to get stupider.
For instance, since the last update, the device does a cleaning cycle and goes back to dock and then it doesnt recognize the map when I start a new cycle.
Its like the device loses the map and loses positioning every time.
The audio files that signal commands like ‘make sure water tank is properly installed’ and ‘going back to the dock’ are clearly different tones. It sounds as if they’re either recorded from different people. Which is completely stupid. If you give a robot a voice, it should be the same voice for each command. Imagine you as me, how was your day and I answered ‘it was ok’ but then in a different tone I said ‘how was yours’, youd think I was crazy or something.
To the developer. Stop making the app worse after each update and keep the same voice tone for all voice commands or give the ability to remove audio commands.
Using this app every week for cleaning can be tedious since it changes so frequently, your cleaning routine may change each time you use it.
Imagine setting the robot on a daily cycle but some days the map isnt recognized and some times it works. With programmed robots, that shouldnt be the case, they should get better over time as they optimize to the environment.
Fix this please

Can’t use vacuum because 2FA is not working
The 2FA text messages are not being sent to my phone so I can’t login and use my vacuum. The fact that a vacuum can’t be used without logging into roborock is already ridiculous but these outages make it even more apparent how insane this is. I can’t use my physical vacuum because the server that sends 2FA codes isn’t working properly. What’s next? A toaster that has to be connected to wifi to toast bread.

Map cannot be changed in main page ...
Map cannot be changed in main page, it needs to be changed constantly in the “edit map settings”! Why?? This is very frustrating and annoying!! Why can’t save the maps instead they need to restored. Another frustrating thing is the fact that since this occurred, it now thinks the dock is located on 2 of the 3 floors. Please fix this problems because I know I’m not the only one with this issue and I have recommended your robot to 4 other people and now I’m concerned. We have all bought the 5S Max. Help!

S5 Compatible Please
It is so confusing that the Roborock app does not support the Roborock S5, but does support the S5 Max(?). They look identical and you choose your device by picture. At least point out the lack of support and save everyone a bunch of time.
