Friendly reminder every week for what to put out at the curb, let’s me know when leaf bag week is. This app and its workers deserves the 5 star just for having all the dump sites on it, I had no idea about the site near Coldwater that is open on Sunday.... SUNDAYS!!!! So very helpful.

Great app! Reminders come in handy especially for those forgetful types (me!) and those days around holidays when you are not quite sure if the curbside day has moved or not. Waste wizard is also VERY handy for ensuring correct item gets in the correct bin. (garbage vs blue bin vs green bin) but could use some updating.

So glad fir this app...it gives up to date info... for example...our garbage was not picked up and the app had a post that informed me of what was going on and when they would come to pick it up. Take away much frustration I was having previously not knowing what was going on with garbage pick up.

When all the details of life are piling up it’s great to know “when” I can clear out “what!” I also love the chained metal signs you supplied so I can show what’s needing pickup, or not. VERY smart all round! Well done! And our pickup people are great too!

This is the second time I have downloaded this app and it tells me they can’t find a schedule for my home. When I reported the problem last time even with clearly listing my address and that I have lived here over 15 years in the city of Barrie I was told I didn’t know my address and was confused ..... this time my address came up but once again it said it could find a schedule for my address that included the street number and did I want to report the problem. As if I would after the last time. Ensure all addresses are covered before you release the app, advertise on Instagram and the radio and don’t blame it having problems on the user your Simcoe County Resident paying taxes to you

Thanks for the once every two week garbage day. It’s a seasonal property that only gets used for 8 weeks. So thanks for picking up 4 bags. Must have been thought out by politicians and tree huggers.

The app is helpful but would be nice to be a bit more accurate and I didn’t receive and update that u were coming back last week it was all over social media that an email went out in the am but not early so a lot of people missed the chance for pick up because they leave before seven am changes should be notified the night before so people get the msg
