same problem: can’t not log in to my subscription account

It works fine during the most of the time. Sometimes it does not work and it will last like few days. I reinstalled it and it works again.

Can’t log onto my subscription on phone

It works fine on my computer, but since I got a new phone I couldn’t figure out how to connect my phone to my subscription. I couldn’t even reflect this problem to the customer service as there are very limited options of feedback from which you can select. At most I could only provide my email in hope that they will eventually reach back to me and ask what the problem might be...
