Great if they’d fix it
Could be very convenient, could be really helpful to streamline prescription renewals, but it is slow and buggy. The biggest problem is that the Touch ID function works around 1-3 times then needs to be re-enabled. So, you try to use it and it says it can’t and to login. So you have to remember or find your password and fill it in. Then the app blanks your email, so you get another failed login if you forget to re-type it. So, you re-type it and then it asks if you want to enable Touch ID. You mean, like I already did myriad times? Yes, please.
This shouldn’t be a huge deal to fix, but the problem has persisted through several updates. Devs, please think about who’s using this app. It isn’t just teen girls refilling their birth control, a lot of people who get drugs have health problems, maybe problems with fine motor control, poor eyesight, the kinds of things that make Touch ID a real boon. Too bad it doesn’t work right, and no one is bothered to sort it.
