Bolt Steals your Money

Do not use Bolt…. Use Wolt instead.
Bolt food has a policy according to Jacy in customer service that they keep the delivered food and will not return your money if they don’t ring the doorbell….
They just stole 50 euros and will not deliver the wine or return the money.
Only use Wolt - Bolt will not return your money if you’re not standing outside waiting for each delivery.
It should be a crime.

Order never gets delivered - Use Uber eats instead

Order never gets delivered and items in the ordered gets cancelled right before courier pickup. Customer service doesn't respond as well which makes entire experience worst.

The most horrible experience

Найгірший сервіс, який тільки можна уявити.
Кур’єр відмовився доставити замовлення за правильну адресу, попри те, що отримав чайові та оплату за доставку.
Підтримка повністю на стороні кур’єра, а не клієнта — звинувачують замовника у всьому, навіть не розібравшись у ситуації.
Замовлення позначили як доставлене, хоча ніхто нічого не отримав!
Жодних вибачень, жодного повернення грошей.
Це просто знущання з клієнтів і шахрайство під виглядом сервісу доставки.
The worst delivery service ever.
The courier refused to deliver to the correct address, even though he got a tip and the delivery fee was paid.
Customer support is completely on the courier’s side, blaming the client for everything without even listening to the full situation.
The order was marked as delivered when nothing was delivered at all!
No apology, no refund, no responsibility.
This is a scam disguised as a delivery service, and a total disrespect to customers.

Horrible service

Waited 3 hours for some food just to realize the order was given to the wrong courier. The support is useless. They do not know how to handle the situation all they do is send automated messages. Do not bother wasting time with their support.

Скам від Болт

Вже в друге мене заскамили Болт разом з Маком на замовленні (цікаво, що це була двічі Кока-кола без льоду в меню). Першого разу (#8DUV7 замовлення), мені замість коли приїхала вода 😅, а другого (#Q6L8R) кола просто не приїхала. Двічі мені пропонували часткову компенсацію (22грн, коли для замовлення вона коштує). Першого разу я взяв компенсацію (це була помилка), другого разу я просто попросив додати колу до нового замовлення (мак я замовляю доволі часто). Я розумію, що це можливо технічно складно, але брати часткову компенсацію я не буду, дякую, наївся.
P.S. І додайте вже можливість платити курʼєру чайові після замовлення, бо платити чай до того, як мені приїхало замовлення (яке може приїхати в поганому вигляді, наприклад щось розіллють), це тотал крінж

Good if it goes well, terrible of it doesn’t

Terrible support. My order didn’t get delivered to me. Support said “Once the order has been completed, you cannot be able to see the courier 's contacts on the app. Always remember to follow up on the delivery process so as to know when your order arrives. Have a lovely afternoon.”
And ended the chat. They offered no solutions.

Worst food app ever made in history

I ordered food at 8PM, the restaurant delayed it for 2 hours which is understandable as they are busy. The food was then ready at 10PM but there was no courier to pick up my food… finally after 2 and half hours of waiting they let me cancel my order due to “no courier assigned”. They shouldn’t even be in business absolutely disgusting business practice.
I wish I could give them negative stars

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!! DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Never use this app. They withdraw money from you and app shows you never paid. When you contact their support every time they give you different false information. You need to wait, then send proof, then we are reviewing your case and it’s like this for weeks. Money will never be refunded. They are scammers!!! I’m reporting them everywhere right now. Just Use WOLT instead

Worst Customer Service (Wolt is spectacular in this area, and no I am not paid to say this). Poor treatment of workers, fake discounts, poor treatment of partner businesses, and even their brand artwork shows what they think of you: tiny heads on big-bellied bodies. Just use a different company and let Bolt know this behavior is unacceptable.

The WORST customer service!!!

Terrible customer service, they clearly don’t care about their customers. I’ve had so many issues with this app in the past and they don’t do anything to fix it. For that reason I am deleting the app altogether. Their discounts are also FAKE! If you compare with other apps you’ll find there’s virtually no difference in price. Do NOT download this app, you’ve been warned.

Spam on email and no tips option

Bolt sends emails about each your order without an option to unsubscribe. You can’t give tips for delivery from the app.

Would not recommend

Was never thrilled with the service.
Estimated wait times are wrong 80% of the time. If you complain they blame the restaurant or courier. The do not have their partners backs at all.
Suddenly encountered errors if I try to order, after over a year of putting up with the other issues this app has.
Hopefully their competitors are better.

Never works

Tried using my canadian card, it never works don’t even waste your time. Everytime just says error. I wasted 40 minutes building my food menu only to be disappointed and even more hungry at the end.

Stupid app, watch your charges!

They will charge you as much as they want..
Had an order with a few items but only one item qrrived with the delivery and they still charge us full amount and ni miney back!
What a scam company.

Love the app but let’s add tips

I seriously love this app and the services it comes with. Simple and straightforward design.
The only issue I have with it is the ability to tip the delivery people. I can tip the taxi drivers on Bolt’s other app. Would be nice to reward the fast delivery people who do a great job.

Comparing to Wolt:
1. No contactless delivery checkbox.
2. Maps are crap. Wolt always finds me, Bolt courier calls and bugs be over the phone.
3. Cannot give tips from credit card.
Overall - useless crap. When you guys will understand that I order online NOT TO TALK TO ANYONE, you will probably succeed.

Not happy

When I first started using bolt I was satisfied. Lately my order almost always has legitimate problems. They never answer me on chat, well 12 hours later. And they give me some excuse and close the chat. I’m definitely changing to wolt.
