.... but In this day and age an app should be able to know what inventory is available. To receive only 2 out of 5 of my purchases is unacceptable, to see some of the cancelled items still reflected as available weeks later is ridiculous. I even tried different sizes showing available, to no avail.

Just placed my First Order
I ordered 4 pairs of great looking shoes. From Clark’s Booties, DNJY Booties, Keds Casuals & a pair of silver sandals. They all look beautiful online and had great reviews. I can’t wait to pick up my order- hopefully early next week. I will update once I have the merchandise. I wasn’t able to put any codes in though. I’m supposed to be eligible for my Birthday discount as my Birthday was just 4 days ago. Nothing worked in codes for me. I did sign up as a VIP. Maybe they can help me when I pick up as it’s a large order. I probably should have split the order and used points earned but I’m not computer savvy. I started this order 12 hours ago. I couldn’t get it to take my credit card then. I hope the merchandise I ordered is still available as some styles were limited inventory.
We shall see, I hope I get my Birthday discount that would be a great help. I’ve never bought 4 pairs of shoes at once before but the selection was wonderful! Thank You DSW!

Difficult time ordering shoes and got no discount
When I tried to order from my account it keep showing I didn’t put the country so I was not able to order from my account and get my discount. I had to continue as guest checkout then it worked and had to pay full price. Was very disappointed. Tried contacting customer service but no reply from them. Hopefully shoes fits well.

Fantastic Customer Service
DSW has continuously provided exemplary customer service. Their VIP program allows you to quickly collect points, which can be applied to any purchase (sale/clearance included) and if purchases are made without collecting the points they will have them applied after the fact.
