Honestly. Jessamyn is a blessing. Yoga for every body, wherever you are, she’ll meet you there and push you to go a little further if you’re up for it. I cried like a bb. Support this yoga goddess, folks!

Start from the beginning

Have done yoga for more than 15 years, learning so much about the poses, my breath, and how I need to slow down in my movement. Jessymyn is an authentic, loving, and encouraging teacher.

Yoga practice like no other

The sequences in this app are so beautifully, mindfully crafted to make the practitioner truly think about what their body is doing and what feels good for them not what it ‘should’ look like. I’m into it.

Absolutely recommend!

I LOVE jessamyn!! I have tried a lot of different online yoga classes and personally this one is my favourite for a number of reasons. I love how real and honest jessamyn is- it’s nice when they acknowledge that having a belly might make poses different, and that shoulder placement will be different for people who have different bodies. If you don’t have the “typical” yoga body (and even if you do!) and you want someone who breaks down the poses and gives you a challenge when needed- this is the app for you. ❤️❤️❤️

Filled with body love

I’ve been doing yoga for years but I’ve never felt as connected to it as I do now. Jessamyn radiates love and light and teaches in a way that is amazing for us plus size ladies!

I love Jessamyn Stanley’s teaching style and approach - grounded in breathe but also open and approachable and hilarious.

I think beginners would get a lot out of her teaching style as well as those who already have a yoga practice.

Jessamyn is an unreal teacher. She’s hilarious, generous and so kind and demands that we all honour our process and where we are in our practice in the moment. Absolutely love her classes and am more than happy to pay for her guidance.
