Difficult set up and login

Just loaded the app with great difficulty. Got multiple network errors..the country defaults to the US and you can’t change it. Plus if you deleted the code it doesn’t send another. Deleted the app to start over and this doesn’t work either??

It would be helpful if each zone numbers would have the name of the hospital under it to ensure I select the appropriate zone (hospital). This adjustment would change my rating from 4/5 to 5/5.

Need to guess at time needed rather than starting when you arrive and stopping it when you leave like the city of Calgary parking app. This one is terrible

The notifications aren’t coming through even though I have them turned on. Because of this I missed my renewal by 2 hours and they ticketed me . App is not reliable

The AHS app is very good how ever it does not offer the option of weekly/monthly parking so it has cost us a fortune paying by the day with 2 vehicles instead of by the week

It could be great but having to authenticate my account virtually every time I use it is a huge drawback. And when I do, the country code reverts back to USA - I don’t know if that’s why the authentification is necessary, or another bug.

The app works great, but there is no signage around the parkade for lot number (Foothills Central Parkade). You have to go back to the elevator banks to find the number. It would be helpful to post at all stairwells as well.
