Tried all 3 of the rentals

So I tried the other companies Voir wouldn’t refund my scooter ride even if the scooter was broken. Ended up with 3x miscellaneous charges of $5. Under Dott they responded quickly, cleared up the problem and credited my account for the problem scooter. No extra Dott charges showed on my credit card.

Honestly you want to know who is be there when you have problems, I found Dott the best. Disclaimer: I work for myself and I don’t get any benefits from my reviews.

Expensive and not user friendly.

Charged one euro when just trying to work out which of four scooters worked. App inaccuracies were annoying (battery level, scooter working). Worst part was parking. App bad at directing to parking spaces when at an intersection and bikes / scooters at all four corners.

No option for multiple rentals

You can only book one scooter so if you’re with someone (like your family) and they don’t have a local cell phone (like a lot of travellers and tourists) you can’t get another scooter for them. There needs to be a way to get multiple scooters at the same time from the same account.
