Variety is great
Love that it has something for all aspects and all ages.
Sad that the kid’s bedtime story of Puss and Boots is gone with the recent update. It was my child’s favourite.

Wellness for every part of your life!
I’m a big fan of this app. The monthly challenges are a great way to get into the habit of taking some minutes out of your day and focusing on yourself. Plus, this app has it all - daily stretching exercises, meditation, tips for financial health, tips for a healthier diet, sleep meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and so much more. Wellness for every part of your life. I’m hooked!

Good until the new update
It was an amazing app until the new update restricted most of the app’s content. I used most of the ones that became locked to help with severe anxiety and depression and now I have to try an find a different app to help manage it.

Many of the meditations are not trauma informed. I got this app to help with my PTSD after being institutionally abused and it just told me I am grateful for all my life experiences...not true. The yoga nidras done do bilateral body scans which is a key component from traditional nidra practices and is evidence based for resetting the ANS.
