RBC Connect U.S. Investor Mobile
RBC Connect provides a timely and efficient way for investors who clear and custody assets with RBC Correspondent and Advisor Services to access their account information, as well as market information, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. To provide another access point for clients to check high demand information on their accounts (i.e. balance, performance summaries, investment holdings, and transactions), clients may use the Smartphone mobility feature.
ACCESS
RBC Connect is available to clients free of charge. Clients must first register to use the service. Simply sign in using the same user ID and password you set up for Investor Connect or RBC Advisor Connect desktop access, or complete registration by enrolling in Investor Connect or RBC Advisor Connect.
To register, please contact Client Support Services at 1-800-933-9946. You can also register by going to www.investor-connect.com for RBC Correspondent Services clients or www.rbcadvisorconnect.com for RBC Advisor Services clients and select the “Register Now” button from the Welcome page.
SUPPORT
The Client Support Service Desk is available toll-free at 1-800-933-9946 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Clients can call this number for assistance.

FIX THE BUGS

GARBAGE APPLICATION!!!! Closes every three seconds, says my password is wrong then says its correct two seconds later.... We need mobile app or website to trade stocks through RBC, its disappointing...... I wish i used scotia itrade instead... they are also Canadian but they allow you to use your phone for trading!! RBC needs to realize not everyone has a computer available for stock trading! Please make it easier for your mobile users.

Direct Investing

One of the worst investing platforms with many bugs and issues i.e. Changing orders amount triggers changing date automatically, erroneous warning messages when making orders i.e. warning about insufficient funds when you actually do (that cost me 20% of my investment) and while making an order you can’t see the title or category. Ridiculous.
Bottom line avoid the app and even RBC direct investing at all costs.

We pay $10 dollars per trade to use this outdated platform, I hope there’s an update in the near future otherwise I’ll be switching to a more user friendly platform

Please update the direct invest mobile platform!

The entire direct investing platform on your app is outdated and much difficult to operate compared to the desktop version. It’s been months since the developers team have promised to update it and still no change at all. I’ll give you 3 starts just because of the outdated direct investing platform.
