Preferences Saving Problem!
Since I updated the app it doesn’t save my previous video resolution and frame rate settings. It’s very irritating to have to go back and change it every time I open the app.

OM 4 won’t connect.
I got my new OM 4 today. Now I can’t connect it with Mimo app. Bluetooth is fine. Connects no problem with Filmic Pro.
It worked fine with OM 3.
This sucks.

Streaming and wifi module+mic adaptor
Please enable streaming to YouTube for Osmo Pocket. This will make the OP the most versatile PTZ camera available on the market.
Allowing the device to charge and use the mic adaptor at the same time with a USB-C splitter is a great welcome for better audio during streaming.
Also please allow the mic adaptor to work with the wifi module for better audio so wheel controller can still be used without the need to connect to the phone for better weight balance and control. Thank you.

osmo mobile 3 stopped working
just like the dozens of other people on forums who have the same problem one pale green light on three pale white lights on and the Osmo gimbal refuses to work even though it says it’s connected to Camera. Then it tells me firmware update available but each time I try to update it fails. Tried calling support just a message saying because of Covid virus we’re not helping you.

Well, check the reviews before you invest in the Osmo 3 and Filmic Pro - as they two are not compatible. Complete wast of money for both the gimbal and filmic Pro. This Mimo app, well it doesn’t support anamorphic so its useless too. Amazing, everything out there made today is just crap - but they will take your money.

Doesn’t use iPhones 3 lenses +Osmo 3 Doesn’t work with Filmic Pro or FaceTime
This app doesn’t take full advantage of the iPhone Pro’s lenses. Annoying to have a great phone/camera but not being able to use it with the gimbal that DJI makes.
Unfortunately, although the Osmo 2 works with Filmic Pro, the Osmo 3 does not. According to Filmic it’s as a result of issues with the Osmo SDK.
It would also be nice if the Osmo 3 would work with FaceTime, Zoom or other video conference solutions.

Not good for iPhone11 Pro
To be honest im really disappointed and sad. I just got a DJI Osmo Mobile 3, was so excited to try it out. Of course with the Mimo app for the best use and experience. Apparently, the footage (with the mimo app use) is visibly shaky. It’s really annoying. When i try some third party camera app or iPhones build in camera app I have no problems, no shakes, video is amazing and smooth. But i wanna my osmo with the dji Mimo app. Please someone fix it. So far im really disappointed and considering about returning the Osmo.

I can’t tel the last time this thing was able to connect to my OSMO3. None of the instructions work on resetting connection or making it work.

I wanna use it with OBS,
I’m trying to set up the OSMO with OBS and all I need now is for the camera interface to be able to turn landscape. Also with the ability to clear the screen of its icon for a cleaner look...thank you great app.

Not bad...but one problem.
Great app. Works well with the OM3. One small issue I found is that the app would crash while saving a story. If they fix this it would be the ultimate app for DJI!

I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Wish the app supports all 3 lens and better quality. Notice the app creates more noise compare to the stock camera app.

App doesn’t work with iOS 13.3
The app asks for permission to use the microphone but there is no place in iOS settings to grant them and the camera will not work without it. I have spoken with support, who claim to be working on it. It’s been 2 weeks and no fix or update from the support team. Now I’m stuck with an expensive battery.

Time- Lapse didn’t save
On vacation and tried filming a sunset with time-lapse. I have plenty of extra storage on phone, and the 30 mins time-lapse didn’t save. Tried again by doing a short 3 min and the same thing happened.

iPhone ultra wide angle support
This definitely is a area DJI needs to address soon before they start loosing customers. I have really enjoyed they’re products but support for the ultra wide angle lens is what people want.

Issue with login
I had a very bad experience with DJI because their login in Mimo does not work for IOS 13.1.1 and they blame me that I need to change the login password
I changed password a few times and then it locked me out. I can log in on their website but not on the app. Support in this matter is non existent
If I knew this I would never buy these items. I leaving for holiday and will not be able to use these

Editing is awful
The functionality of the app while using the Osmo pocket is incredible. The editing features however are incredibly lacking. I bought this with hopes that I can use the app from start to finish.
The my story templates are not bad. However they are completely unusable as you cannot edit them. The worst part is you can’t even remove the text. It makes the video incredibly unprofessional and tacky. I just can’t edit anything on this app. Such a shame.

4K Video Transfers Removed for iPad Pro
For some reason 4K60 footage has compatibility issues with iOS, however 4K24-30 works without issue. Despite this, the latest update removes the ability to transfer 4K footage altogether for the latest Apple mobile devices but leaves it intact for the old ones. For example, I can transfer 4K24fps footage fine on my iPhone 8+ but NOT on my brand new iPad pro.

Disappointed, no live stream with logo, no wifi connection builtin, No joystick builtin
Osmo pocket supposed to makes things easy and simple but it’s not.
No Bluetooth connection built in the osmo pocket require adapter
- No joystick built in for the movement of the camera at 360
-no live stream
- adding adapter for all the basic functions is not longer makes it pocket anymore.
In 2019 this is a basic requirement of good product.

Great application and fun to use!
I love everything about it, I just wish you could make it more user friendly like allowing the application to create videos directly from the SD card, it won’t allow me to use videos from the SD card or save them onto my phone. I keep getting a pop up “downloading the file is not available on the current model”. Please fix this issue.
If I were to suggest anything unique it would be to add a feature to allow the gimbal to move in a certain direction with a guided pattern movement. Once you set the pattern the gimbal moves from the start of your pattern to the finish with controlled speed settings. I know this is really advanced but it would make videos a lot more attractive and steady. You could even add a setting to control how long the pattern will be. (5 second, 10 second, up to 30 seconds max). I hope that made sense.
Anyways just an idea as I love to make little films and the DJI Osmo Pocket is perfect for that with this application.
Thanks DJI for making our future so simple and fun. I look forward to your next update.

Ability to edit text and take out DJI watermark?!?
The app would be perfect if you could edit the titles, text and remove the DJI watermark at the end. If it is possible I cannot figure out how to!
