app doesn’t work for restaurant reservations

Not sure why we are told to use the app to make dinner reservations. Then when we make one and call 0 to ask if it can be added to the app calendar .....only to find out the reservation is not h there. and there is no room for 3 days at that restaurant.

Great place and amenities, annoyingly busy

Very, very clean. Polite and friendly staff. Food is well above average but not stunning. Lots to do( huge space for the grand on its own). Dowside is that it is way too busy. Good luck trying to reserve a restaurant or find a table or book a bowling lane. App needs improvement. Sluggish and not accurate.

Doors slamming until 2:30am

Nothing negative about the resort itself but we kept being woken up by the heavy suite doors slam until 2:30am last night.

Vacation- disappointing

First night Sunday, loud music till 2 am. We have kids and this was not a good start to our vacation.
I went to the front desk and spoke to Kasi (sp), other rooms available were smaller than the tiny one we were squeezed into and had no balcony. No thank you.
Now the entire family is sleeping with ear plugs.
Breakfast buffet, they can't seem to
Keep up, ran out of mushrooms at the omelette station, no large plates, white bread was requested and never came, ran out of fruit except watermelon.
Lunch, requested a cheeseburger for my kids, they ran out of cheese.
Towels, this needs immediate attention. Towels are scarce. Never any towels. You need to have more than one towel station so people don't have to walk across the entire resort to get there.
People reserve chairs at 6 am. Many hotels have prohibited/ discouraged their guests from doing this.
Chairs on the beach are setup too
Close to one another.
Beach is terrible.
New Years Eve, no organized supper. Shame. Grand in Cancun organizes a beautiful supper in their grand ballroom.

This app glitches every time

I’ve downloaded this app because I’m at a resort and need the app. Every time I use the app, it either freezes or shuts down. Then I have to download again and again. Needs a serious makeover.

My stay at Moon Palace

Guys I would definitely recommend this resort. It is huge huge huge..... lots and lots of activities to do. It’s fun and fun. If you plan to visit Cancun, book this resort only.

The Most Ahhhmazing Memories were Made!

This was such a special family vacation for my family as it was our first all inclusive trip and our first trip as a family!
The resort was beyond beautiful! So many family friendly activities to part-take in! Hey he kids were never board! From the awesome playroom to the arcade to the nightly shows and activities we were always on the go! The food was to die for! We gained 10 lbs each! But aside from the resort it’s self the one thing that definitely will make us come back again was the staff!! From our housekeeper to the servers we were absolutely floored at the outstanding treatment. Each person went over and beyond to make us and our children feel welcomed! Our house keeper taught my children Spanish, our waiters sent chocolates to our room and made us special drinks each night, the spa staff were so great and our bell boy went and bot us whole milk for our baby girl... the list of superb service goes on and on! We just got home and are already planning our return!

The Grand - Cabana

The Poolside Cabana at the adult pool was awesome. We watched the Masters and Tiger’s victory poolside. Our hostess Dani was the best. She was so attentive, her service was amazing and she was fun!

No complaints wonderful vacation

I don’t know where to begin

Signed up with out issues but noticed it said I had used resort credits the day I arrived so I thought it must be a glitch well crap as soon as I logged out I can’t log back in it tells me I am already registered but my password is wrong so I try to reset it but I don’t have an account !!! What the hell !!!
