Fix Your App

Repeatedly tells me my email or password is incorrect, not allowing me to login, although I can do so perfectly fine on the website. I have reset my password countless times and it continues to tell me my password is incorrect. Fix your app.

Super slow and laggy

Everytime I go to punch in I have to click it like 5 times for it to work same with punching out and half the time it just creates a new punch out but doesn’t punch me out from my shift.

Useless

In my opinion this is a very basic app for clocking in and clocking out (and even that doesn’t work well) You can’t read the entire page of things from your phone and apparently have to log in on a desk top. Sent in tickets about issues I was having and never got a response. You can’t go back to see hours you have clocked in to ensure you are paid properly, they publish to all the strangers on the app when you are taking time off and that should be private information. Seems to be a general census from my coworkers as well. 👎
