Make sure you have a reliable laptop because you can’t open attachment or download worksheets from the app. Otherwise, it’s great!

Great for students, awful for tutors
They charge tutors 33% of each lesson they teach + tutors do not get paid for first lesson with every new student. It’s ridiculous

Amazing site
I have been using this site to learn Italian and absolutely love it. I have used multiple tutors and all were very good and professional. The site is easy and friendly to use. If you are looking to just talk with someone who truly knows their language or fully learn it this is the place to be. 5 stars

Great for learning so far!
The Good:
Love the app. Very stable and it definitely helps a lot. Totally recommended to a couple friends and customers! Had my first lesson with Moe and she is awesome and already fix some of my Grammar issues in seconds of having a conversation.
The bad:
I had my first lesson on my phone, the quality on the video was pretty laggy. I use iPhone XR and have a very stable internet connection (online gamer) it didn’t give me the option to change the quality on my phone to a lower setting. I’ll test it out this week on my laptop so see if this is the consistent issue.
The ugly:
This is actually from a friend and I completely agree. She was not impressed about the way she has to pay 5 hours as a minimum after her trial lesson. She paid he tutor $40USD (which for us come to around $53 CAD). So for her to book 5 lesson at the price, it’ll come to around $270 CAD. It can be a lot for someone who can’t sprout that kind of cash at once. I know it’s crazy to run a business but it looks like to me that you’re only catering to the long term customers with that value option. I’d suggest maybe a 2 hour option as well? To cater to the non-die hards who want to take their time to learn a new Language at their own pace. If need be, I can totally email you to discuss this topic more if need be!

Booking lessons.
Needs to have customs amount of hours/lessons you can purchase. It doesn’t make sense your only option to learn is to pay for 5, 10 or 20 classes in one payment, just to book them. When I go to my tutor in person, I pay her for the class she just thought me... not the 20 classes she is about to teach me. It’s like your paying for a service that has not been provided to you yet.
