We Phone App doesn’t work
Had this App since 2016, always has a lot of glitches, not reliable. Often I can’t dial some land line or cellphone numbers or it constantly hangs up 7-8sec after connecting to a number. Deleting this App as issues have happened for too long👎👎

I like the ideas of the software, but problem is I never received the text messages from other websites for verification like Amazon, banks even if I rent a Canadian number. People used this app is for text messages, if people like talk or chat there are lots of free app to choose.

Unstable does not work
Routine crashes on each time the app is used. SMS function and call functions do not work. Took the subscription money, provided some support but, it does not work. $50 down the toilet

Great prices on calls! After update, I lost my $5 credit, but it was quickly restored after I followed the directions. Be sure to delete old version after updating, as I ended up with both old and new versions on my phone.
Comes in handy when you’re on a vacation and need to call home to a business, like a bank or something, or any other number that’s not on WhatsApp.

Hey i just purchased a number and tried to add balance to make calls but when i call there is no sound coming to me at all no ringing no voice i feel as i wasted the time and money for no reason either i get a bug fix for this issue asap.

You pay them a fee, they charge you extra for so called “premium” where the quality is below average. The software crashes and feels as if you’ve hung up but every time you try to redial, the old call is on even though it seems you’ve hung up. Then they force you to watch a freaking commercial, even though you are a paying customer, because “you’ve tried that number - the number that’s crashed and won’t let go - too many times”

I've just finished my experiment on this app.
I'm living in Canada fyi. Here's the result:
1. Charging 1USD gives you fairly enough amount to call (You randomly pick up a number and you don't hold it) The call quality is just fine and you can pick up whatever international code for the number. (eg. +1, +81, etc)
2. I spent 6.99CAD to hold a number. You can basically only call, message through this app, but not from the default Phone, Message system you have on your phone (in my case iPhone).
It's said unlimited text/call out/inbound the country, but the trick is it has to be connected with wifi. If you go outside you're absolutely unable to use it.
Plus I'm not sure if it's only me, I can't receive a call from this, although the history is there. There seems to be no service centre so no joke this absolutely sucks.
If you need to make an urgent, prompt call, I would recommend you this as I did, but other than this it's nonsense. I tried it since a 20 dollar plan is about the cheapest plan in Canada but this one doesn't even count. It's faulty, malfunctioning and useless.

The old original WePhone was better because it was much more simple and it offered you a lot more time with the daily credits. The interface is to complicated now and I wish you would bring back the old version, or at least make a separate app with the old version. I am not using this device anymore.

Cannot RECORD phone calls anymore
The reason I had the WePhone App was because I had the option to record outbound phone calls. I paid for my minutes and in general the reception was good if the wi-fi calling signal was strong. Now, with the new November 2019 upgrade, the app no longer allows outbound phone calls to be recorded. I no longer have a use for this app and will have to find another app that can record phone calls.

Receiver cannot hear the caller!!!!
How do I get the person on the other end of the call hear my voice??? When they’ve answered the call they could not hear me speak.... I tried pressing the mute button.... Nothing worked so they hung up the other end... Urghhhh
