Scam
They told me that they report payments for credit building then after they take half the loan back they act like they didnt and then tell me they dont report the payments. So i will never use these people again and im putting stop payment on the loan

Scam
They claim to be instant but they are everything but. Applied for a lok and they told me it would take less then 2 hours but I have been waiting for 8 hours and the wait has made it so I can’t apply for anything else, ans bills are due tomrorow so I’ll be paying nsf fees becasue I waited for them.
I recommend speedycash instead

Feeling ripped off
My experience from this app has been overwhelming to say the least. I am not happy with this service at all. First they tell me my payment didn’t go through so they charge me extra for non efficient funds. Turns out I look at my account and it in fact went through. I’m so done with being ripped off. Do not use this app! It’s not worth the headache.

Waste of Time and Money
If you’re considering borrowing money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Dealing with iCash is a frustrating and time-consuming experience due to their inconsistency and frequent errors. The high fees they charge—especially those applied to fix their own mistakes—simply aren’t worth it.
Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. The representatives appear poorly trained, rarely respond, and when they do, their replies are incomplete or unhelpful. The entire operation feels disorganized and chaotic, leaving you paying for the privilege of wasting your time.
It’s honestly a joke of a business.

If you have bad credit the interest rate is still too high, as much as I love using Icash, I find that I’m not moving ahead financially. It’s almost like you’ll have to rely on them constantly. Which is not what I’m trying to do. If your credit is not in good standing, don’t bother and just try to save. If you have good credit go ahead.

Wait times too long.
Waited 4 hours to get approved from iCash,still no response. I have been approved before, I don’t understand the delay. It seems as if they are slacking off “partying” after their 4.8 app star rating. USE ANOTHER APP FOR LOANS!!! They will take forever to approve your loan and never get back to you, even if you are a loyal customer of 2+ years

Easy to use
High interest rate (expected with this type of advance) but was very easy and quick to use. Most companies will make you either talk on the phone or go in-branch before they give you an advance but this worked in minutes without having to talk to anybody which was nice. I wouldn’t exactly recommend it but it definitely can be helpful in a pinch before payday.

I bank with KOHO and it isn’t available as a banking option through iCash which makes accessing help here a lot harder.
I’d give it more stars for customer support but I can’t even use the BMO bank account I have cause it’s a sideline bank with no information. I use it as a transfer account.
Makes sense to an extent. I’ll try again in the future if I remember they exist.

Poor customer service
Everything was going smooth until it wasn’t. I had a problem with my bank shortly around my 1st repayment. I told them they can try to recharge me and instead someone decided to just recharge me on the day of my pay cheque which would be next week. Then today I get a email saying they’ll charge me late charges everyday until I pay the full amount. Sketchy and unprofessional. They just want money. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!

Not the experience advertised
I didn't really expect a loan in 5 mins, of course that's BS but that aside I was really pleasantly surprised by the loan process right up to the point that I was 'PRE-APPROVED' Yay! Well, not quite. After prying into your bank account and credit bureau and 3 back n forth emails spanning 3 days and having all the qualifications they asked for (except they had to add a few of the deposits together for total income in the same month of course) the loan was declined. Total waste of time for me. Sounds great, if you are quickly pre approved but if you qualify but have some explaining to do don't expect these guys to bother back up their 'Pre approval'. It's meaningless jargon. Low to no integrity IMO. Didn't even bother to explain why they wouldn't accept the qualifications at the end. Fit the parameters perfectly or bail. Or just move on. I found a loan right away for almost twice the amount WITHOUT a credit check!
