Pretty stupid that we pay for pay per view for the UFC fights and we still get ads and can’t hear the people talking. What’s the point of paying for ppv if we can’t watch the whole thing. So stupid paramount is doing this. Lots of people won’t be buying ppv and watching fights now.

You can’t cancel or manage your acct, unless you remember which device you signed up on.
Plus aren’t these the guys, like all streaming services, that told us waiting a week for the next show and ads was a terrible business model? Now they are all doing that to us while constantly raising prices.

Can't choose seasons
EDIT: 2026 and still not fixed. Developer response ignores several years of reviews complaining of the same problem. This is an app problem not a user problem.
Despite multiple seasons of shows being available, the iOS app does not allow choosing anything other than season 1 (the Apple TV app works at least). The only way to get to season 2 is to fast forward through all the episodes in season 1. Complete and utter waste of time.

All of a sudden commercials are playing. Why? 20 minutes into a series we are watching we are on our second set of commercials - the last one had 4 commercials in a row. I am not going to pay a monthly premium to watch commercials. Going back to Netflix.

This app is horrible on my fire tv. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work. Or I have to go to the show s through prime video to get my shows to work. All the the streaming services I use on my tv work fine. This is the only one I have problems with.

Cannot switch seasons - useless
Tried everything to change seasons selector shows clicking working, but no drop down menus appear. Works find on all other devices. I fly lots for work, I got paramount to watch on the plane. If you do not open it while in a place with wifi it will not open downloads, which really defeats that PURPOSE OF DOWNLOADING SHOWS!!! I don’t really get time to sit and watch when I am anywhere but in the air so ya, it’s useless to me!

No native support for CC on Roku App
Not only is the video quality bad and there is no feature to resume a show or movie (you just have to restart everything and hope you remember where you left off), but there are no options for subtitles or settings outside of the tvs built in CC options. This is the worst streaming app I’ve ever seen.

Running a iPhone 16 plus with iOS 26 updated to current. The seasons links cannot be clicked. I can only watch season one of any show unless I go to the browser and open a season I would like to see and have it redirect to the app. Please fix this

Poorly monitored
On the iPhone app it doesn't allow you to change episodes, you are stuck on the first season. You can go to the last episode of the first season and skip to season two but that was my only workaround.
Also when at the end of an episode a window popped up to watch the next episode and it didn't go away. Even when I clicked X.

Just when I was telling all my friends how great Paramount+ is, my Paramount+ downloads is malfunctioning. I can't download movies to watch on the go. I recently paid for a year subscription for Paramount
And after using it i can confidently say that this is the worse streaming service i have ever seen
I use iphone, samsung tv…apps on both are not up to the mark
On iphone i cant go full stream.
On tv and iphone subtitles automatically disappear in middle of the show or movie
On tv it’s pretty slow and also i struggle alot when i have forward the episode or movie

Every time you open this app now after you select a profile you are greeted with a black screen. Not sure what you did to break your app but you did it.
Subtitles seem to be hit or miss.
If you download a show, once the download expires you can’t watch it or even stream the episode until you delete the ‘expired’ download.

Fix subtitles
Doesn’t matter what medium I use, mobile/pc/console, the subtitles are either off on timing or nonexistent. Trying to watch Halo but I’m lost at the parts where Sangheili is spoken. Would have loved to get into this show, but the lack of subtitles ruins it for me.

Constantly glitching
The company cannot seem to figure out how to fix the glitches in their app. In the middle of watching something, constantly shows video not available right now. It is listed as a known issue but has been happening for over a year. Will be cancelling subscription due to this and app not being able to solve this.

Worst app ever - never ever subscribe
I signed up for paramount+ app through Apple TV. I decided to cancel the subscription and when I do so in the App Store it tells me to do so where I purchased it. So I log into the apply tv paramount + app where I purchased it and it does not give me any options to cancel.
The paramount + add specifically states that you get a 7 day free trial, cancel at anytime. I cannot cancel the subscription and am now being billed for a service I do not want.
I will never recommend or watch anything on paramount + , ever.

Garbage
The app is garbage, I’ll download an episode… and continually have to back out and restart an episode. The audio/visual goes out of sync constantly, audio way ahead of video. Then it will work for a bit, and half way through an episode, just stop and not continue. I’ve downloaded the episodes while on wifi and let them fully complete before backing out of the app but it happens every damn time. Needs some serious bug fixes!!!

I would never recommend this app to anyone; I’ve had it 5 days and have been able to watch it maybe once. There is continuous error after error message. Sorry we can’t open right now we are working on the problem; it’s constant. Would never recommend paying $9.99. Netflix, Disney Plus and Prime may not have the best movies and shows but at least the apps work. I’m still in the free trial so I cannot imagine paying for this. Distasteful Paramount Plus. A Sunday afternoon and can’t even watch a movie or show; been trying for hours with the same oh oh message.

App is extremely glitchy. Often cant open or access content even if its downloaded. Audio often doesn’t sync up as well. Very frustrating when you’re in the middle of an episode and it crashes for way too long. :(

Not user focused
Firstly, the fact that you can’t access this subscription from a TV is crazy. Bought subscription on Black Friday sale only to find out that you can only watch on phone or iPad. Tried to contact paramount twice but had no response. Would rather pay full price and access directly through prime, but now would be paying again. Even connecting phone through hdmi is painful. The app is inconsistent and when pausing often have to disconnect and reconnect or restart the app. The whole process is terrible and paramount needs to think about the user and change.

Wanna watch Picard Season 3? Nope. They force you to pay $200 for a Crave subscription. Wanna just buy season 3 for $29 like seasons 1&2? Nope.

Too little too late
My App Store account is with a Canadian account but I live in Peru so my IP address presumably plays a role in what I can and can’t watch. I’m stuck using this app on my phone as there’s no Roku channel here yet ( never had one for CBS All Access available here), so I gave Paramount+ a try for 7 days then paid a month for it.
It amazes me that none of the properties they advertise are actually available here due to whatever streaming rights. No Star Trek and no The Stand remake, among others. Then with all the content this app does provide, almost none of it (at least that interests me) is exclusive, but I am able to watch on Netflix (Mission Impossible movies) and Amazon Prime (The Office but not seasons 1 or 9).
I’m sure in the USA it makes more sense to have a subscription but....
No ability to make a watch list? No recommendations or suggestions to go along with what you’ve watched? It amazes me that a big company like Paramount, jumping into streaming, would create a mediocre service rather one that at least has the minimum capability of the other big dogs, including Disney.
Otherwise, I’m not persuaded that I need this app as everything I’d like to watch on it is available on other services I already subscribe to.

I got the app and signed up for a subscription because the website said I could watch Victoria seasons 1, 2 and 3 but when I searched for it in the app it couldn’t be found! So you are advertising shows to get us to sign up and then don’t even have those shows available?! Needless to say I very quickly canceled my subscription. It’s not worth a penny!!

Fix the app please?
Half the time the app fails to load to even reach the home screen. Audio does not sync with video the other half the time. 70% of the time the subtitles don’t match audio or video. So I guess timing is not a thing they do well.
Sometimes episodes by themselves refuse to play as well. Very frustrating having to wait hours just to access the app.

Unreliable
I just got the app so I could watch Survivor, so I have no complaints about the content, but it only loads half the time. Whether I'm using the app on my phone or if I'm on my computer, I never know if I'll be able to use it. It's very frustrating.

Worst streaming service there is
This is the worst streaming service available. I downloaded it because it had some shows I was interested in seeing, never saw them though. I had it for a month and was unable to ever watch a single thing due to lagging and bad quality, furthermore there is no customer service or anything to help fix it for you, this is truly the worst streaming service I have ever imagined. DO NOT USE!

Love Survivor but that’s it
Won’t renew after re-watching Survivor. Not enough content in Canada for the price but more importantly CONSTANT issues Chromecasting. Shouldn’t have to go to YouTube in between in each ep for it to work. Frustrating to say the least.

Don't bother! Mostly outdated shows only. What you see on web is false, they don't tell you that many current shows are still unavailable to Canadians.

Buggy and no content
So there is no Big Bang theory, No Big Brother, no Star Trek... There is NO content on all access to justify the monthly cost. Chromecast streaming to tv is also super buggy. Couldn't rate 0 stars so I'm being generous with 1.

Incomplete
Wish I could welcome CBS All Access to Canada, but thanks to CTV and Bell Media having Canadian rights to some CBS shows, CBS All Access is unfortunately an incomplete offering. Advice to CBS in your next negotiations with CTV - don’t give them Canadian exclusivity to your programs.
