App needs work
Continually defaults back to original settings. When you get it set for proper volume and tone when phone closes it defaults or if you get a text or email it defaults. Very frustrating.

Description
The myPhonak app offers you a remote control functionality which allows you to adjust not only the volume and program but other advanced hearing aid settings such as noise reduction and microphone directionality. You can also have access to the Enhanced Speech Focus* slider, which allows you to change the strength of the new noise canceller.

The app also enables you to communicate with your HCP and have your hearing aids adjusted remotely and in real-time through Remote Support**. Your HCP can also test your hearing directly through your hearing aids ***. Not only this but your HCP can also send you listening tasks to complete and provide feedback to help you get acclimatized to your hearing aids through Hearing Diary**. Your HCP can also make adjustments to the hearing aids based off the received feedback. Tap Control settings can be configured in the app and other information such as access status like state of the battery charge, wearing time and more.

The myPhonak app empowers you to:
- adjust the volume, change program or ambient balance while streaming or tinnitus noiser intensity of your hearing aids
- personalize and customize your hearing programs by making adjustments to the sounds of your hearing aids
- access the Enhanced Speech Focus where adjustments to the new noise canceller can be made
- save your adjustments in the app so you can use them at any time
- access to status information like battery state of charge and wearing time for rechargeable hearing aids
- configure Auto On when out of charger for rechargeable hearing aids
- change Bluetooth Codec configuration for HFP calls
- configure Tap Control settings for Paradise hearing aids
- get your hearing aids adjusted by your hearing care professional in real-time and remotely
- see and talk with your hearing care professional during your remote fitting session
- have your hearing tested remotely via your hearing aids
- experience your new adjustments and give immediate feedback during the remote session
- send feedback and communicate via messages with your hearing care professional about your listening experience
- complete listening tasks with and without your hearing aids to help acclimatize to your hearing aids

App Dose not Allow for adjustment
Please fix the app. It disconnects from my phone often. The worst part is that anytime I make adjustments to my hearing aids through the App it automatically defaults back to Auto Sense when I close my phone. Others have reported this issue. Please fix

Garbage app
Will you ever catch on, so you can have smart watch connected also. App for smart watch closed but connected and you can’t use blue tooth hearing aids. Plus you have out the every 6 months after it dies. A joke

What a scam!
I spent over $5000 for the hearing aid and cross because I could use it with the app on my phone, and they discontinue using it for my aids after 1 year. I would never have purchased phonak . I will NEVER buy their products ever again.

Unstable
This app Won’t connect even though my hearing aid is connected to Bluetooth . Had to re installed app number of times.

Terrible won’t stay connected
Since switching to an iPhone the the hearing aids don’t stay connected on my phone with Bluetooth makes it very difficult to have conversations and listening to music
Please fix ASAP for me this is a necessity

App is completely unstable. Any settings you change manually are thrown out as soon as your iPhone’s screen locks itself.

Excellent app.
Absolutely no problems connecting my new Marvel M’s to an iPad mini 4, and an iPhone 8. Love the control I now have over my hearing aids- I can manipulate the sound anywhere from mute to hearing a pin drop!, and the ability to create and store custom programs is an awesome feature. Yes, there are always a few more features that would be nice, but it would be unfair to remove stars for stuff that isn’t there! What is there is fantastic, and is working well.

Very disappointed
Ever since I upgraded my app to this current one my aids haven’t worked proper since! When I have them on TV mode after awhile it turns off very annoying. Then we I switch from TV mode and to the one of the other modes, it keeps prompting the aids to go back to TV mode, I get so tired of it that I take the aids out until I am able to sit down to watch TV again. Hearing aids were sent back to the company and replaced.
Now when I try to pair the aids, only one pairs and the other will not! I cannot pair both aids at the same time!
Fix this app!!!

I had an iPhone 8 and it worked like a charm. Got upgraded to iPhone 11 and only Bluetooth connects but the app doesn’t connect for me to control volume or anything else
Brand new hearing aids as well so not a happy camper right now.

Total Control
Finally! The ability to control my hearing aids without having to go to the hearing aid store. This app is great and much improved functionality. I can now customize my hearing experience to my liking. This is the way this app should have been from the start. Good job guys!

Not working on iPhone 11
I have an iPhone 8 for work and an iPhone 11 for personal use. This app works great on the 8 but does not work for the 11. I cannot get it to connect for the remote or for the phone.
