Good, but Watch support would make it perfect

The app is great - the timer and reminder functions are excellent. BUT - this should have an Apple Watch component, with the timer stop / start as a face complication. Either a small circle just for on-off or a richer larger complication for some basic stats. Either way, watch support makes this a 5-star app. Please!!

Can’t even reset password. Every time I enter the email address the app just clocks. The set up even lagged when I created the account originally

Keeping it real

What a wonderful way to keep me accountable for the time I am not wearing my device. You don’t realize how long it really took to enjoy that cup of coffee ... this keeps me on track so I can get the results I want on time or, perhaps, ahead of schedule. It also allows me to keep my goal in sight so I don’t waiver. Great app.

Very glitchy

Very glitchy. When wanting to modify a date’s wear time, always updates the wrong day for some reason. Aligner number count is off, despite dates being written in calendar.

Feature should be introduced where you can see how much time is left until your 2 hours per day is up.

Been using it for a while now, it’s been slow and tried redownloading the app but the bug is still there and it doesn’t update my new aligner settings. Will remove the review if the support team can help me with this! Thanks

Could be better

Sending feedback through pictures and videos crashes the app pretty often. I haven’t been able to submit a proper video that involves front, right and side view. It always just wants the front view. I’ve had it where my phone times out so the screen turns off and when I turn it back on, all the pictures I’ve taken are gone. It’s super annoying.

This app is a joke. Never works! Sends me reminders but when I try to open it, nothing. I’ve been trying to use it for 5 months now, and I’m very annyed

Doesn’t work offline

I was wondering why it takes forever for such simple app to load every single time. I went camping where there is no service and got an error message saying that the app needs internet. So looks like every time you launch this app it tries to sync something with the server. But such a simple functionality as timer and its start/stop time could easily be stored locally and synced when the internet is available. So this whole weekend I could use the app and didn’t track things properly. Very disappointed!!!

It’d be nice to have a photo gallery template like the photo Uploader app. I developed a similar App 2.5 years ago to do virtual consults that is way more user-friendly than this. I’m sure these updates will come over time.

Timer running

I was excited for this app to watch progress and provide info. I assumed you start the timer while liners are out, but it’s the opposite. I don’t want the timer running for 22 hours a day in the background. Hope this will get fixed.

Don’t know what’s the point of a PIN for this app. It’s not banking. No ones gonna steal my teeth. If they steal the aligners, that’s the thief’s problem!

For people who want it, fine. For people who don’t, like me, please give me an opt-out option!!!

Clin check

I visited my dentist today. She had just seen the Invisalign rep. The rep left the impression that patients could scan a QR code and access their own animation if the process as teeth mouth through the weeks. That would make the app 100 times more relevant. As it is. I think the app present no value to me.

Doesn’t let me log in..

It was good for the first 2 days.... but then it logged me out randomly and wouldn’t accept my password. I’ve reset my password 4 times now and each time it still wouldn’t accept the new password. Super frustrating, think I’ll be using tray minder instead.

Extremely buggy

It has 1 main job: track time. Unfortunately it can’t do that. It’ll incorrectly set a time (based on the first moment you paused the time in a day), it’ll kick you out of the app for a whole weekend, show you 12 months of the following year filled in with 24hrs and stop tracking time on existing days, and so many more bugs that I’ve sent to the developer team and have seen no changes.

It’s beautifully designed, but fails at its main function.

Also, it has a “pin” (since authenticating to get into your phone using TouchID or FaceID isn’t enough - you need to do it again for some reason?), and after the pin is entered it seems to take a while to load (likely to talk to a server). So I have no clue how it’ll handle offline mode in these cases.

This does not help one bit. You constantly need internet for it to work which makes no sense, you must enter a PIN every time you use the damn app and there isn’t anything here worth your time.

Unable to connect to server message

App looked promising and I was excited to try it however I am unable to get past the setup stage as it keeps saying unable to connect to server. I have tried deleting and reinstalling app but I keep getting the same issue. My data and wifi connections are strong so it’s obviously an app issue. Customer support reached out to me once 2 months ago saying they were looking into the problem. Haven’t heard back and still no solution so I deleted the app

It does remind me to change it and the calendar shows me how long my treatment should be ish when I try to change the settings it keeps saying I am on tray 4 instead of tray 5 no matter how many times I say I’m currently on tray 5 please fix. Definitely not a needed app but has a lot more potential if you fix some bugs

This company has been in business for how long? And now they make a app thats already been made by third parties. Im very disappointed to have had my Invisalign for as long as i have to have to only get a app to help me with my progress as im in my last 30 weeks. Like really? Invisalign you’ve missed out on so many sales and better Invisalign experiences.

Looks to be very helpful, however it says that in a couple month I'll start switching every Sunday, when in reality I switch every Monday? And I also wish that I could put photos in that I've already taken, as I'm on week 23 and have taken a photo every Monday, but I only just found the app. :/
