The app has glitches and when you ask anything to customer service they reply the app has glitches don’t rely on it. The customer service is poor

Won’t let me login
I can’t login to my account with this app while the login works just fine on the web.

Add Face ID
Please add Face ID. It keeps logging off after 10-15mins even though I set it for 180 mins. Also when I sell or buy it doesn’t reflect what I pressed on, and let me tell you when it involves a high percentage of units at certain price it will reflect and has frustrated me! It should be locked at the price I pressed on and chose to buy and every time it’s reflected different.

Questrade FX global
The server seems to go offline a lot, there are no help files, you have to call customer support to find out how to set a stop loss or close an order, they have added their own terms that remain unexplained. Charts are cluttered by default, not user friendly at all. It’s a challenge just to place an order. I don’t find it useful at all, rather a big disappointment.
I wish you could use MetaTrader on their system.
You cannot Change or edit a stop or target, you cannot place a pending order, the price movement can bounce over your stop loss.
I found it a real disappointment. And no help on the horizon.

Very basic app
Not a good app at all. It logs you out every few mins. Very slow and hangs often. Worst of all, groups all your open and closed (against one pair) positions, which is extremely confusing.
