These guys spam text your phone.
If you don’t want to be woken up at 4:51 AM with unsolicited text messages this app might not be for you. I opened a cash account and somehow received margin. I don’t want to borrow money for the stock market.

False misleading opportunities cost me a few thousand
I used to get calls at least once a week, I was advised natural gas is going to rise and theres opportunity to make a profit, after being advised to go long the stock plummets than I never heard gettin the fortrade representative again and don't receive any more calls smh I feel scammed.

Stole my money I was losing money as stocks feel all of a sudden everything is gone , all the losses were from there advisers, would never give them another chance

Couldn’t see my own company listed
The company I work for isn’t listed. TSE:CJT (Cargojet Inc.) so I’m not going to create a real account if you can’t display it or allow trading it. Also can’t bring up Dogecoin.

This app and manager here is not professional
If it has zero start, i will give them zero start. I’m really disappointed and this is the worst time when i trade with this app. I use my card to charge for first time and then my cousin wants to join in together to save money when we meet high risk. We lost a lot money there and when my account was margin call. I tried to deposit my money to keep my account, the transaction was pending, and then my cousin tried to deposit second time, it was pending too. And then i have close trade to avoid lost my money, and today my stock go up. I’m really crazy with this. WhenI received the email from manager at Fortrade app, his name is Nicole. He asked me about proof of joint in bank account with my cousin. We didn’t join in account together. And now i know this app is not professional and I requested withdraw all my money and want to close my account immediately. Why the other app the broker very smart, they won’t accept any card is different name. I thought Fortrade was received my deposit, they will allow people in family or partner trade in together. Moreover i asked Nicole is the last 2 transaction was pending can you send it back to my card and my cousin card. He said “ you will have to request the withdrawal again, and once that happens the pending order that you have deposited the other day will appear and then you can request it again according to IIROC regulation. I’m really upset with this app and manager here, i will say good bye with this app when I receive enough my money.
