Their baked potato are in the vegitarian option. I ordered the loaded potato and I never knew the baked potato had bacon in it because you guys did not mention it in the ingredients... how is someone suppose to guess! I am a vegan and i ate it...i have never been this disgusted in my life!! Not everyone is out there for the meat! You should not have anything in your vegitarian menu just let it be all meat!

I have done two orders through the app for the University Plaza store in Dundas. The first one didn’t register my payment so I had to wait at the restaurant for the order to finish after my pick up time and I had to pay in the restaurant. Not a big deal and the bartender was awesome at this location so I didn’t mind. The second time, the order didn’t go to the restaurant at all despite the confirmation email and the thank you message in the app.
After seeing the reviews, maybe it is an issue with this location in particular?

Well, yesterday I attempted to use your app to order our dinner, and unfortunately it would not accept my credit card for online payment. The card number, security code and expiry date were all accurate and even verified by another person who was beside me. And it far from being ‘declined’ by the credit card company, as it worked fine at the restaurant.
Also, you need to add a function to your app that will allow for any special requests or alterations to specific items. (Example: no tomato on burger, wings well done, ect.)
Please consider these issues, and please advise on your viewpoint.

The app itself is clean and fairly easy to navigate. However, there’s nowhere on the app, or during the ordering process, where you can add important information to your order. For example amendments to the order or allergy information. This is a pretty big thing that needs to be looked at and hopefully can be added soon. Then again there was a review from November that mentions this and it doesn’t look like anything’s happened yet. Here’s hoping.
