Feb 2020 update stinks
I used to be able to download all of the Toronto Sun news at home, and then during my commute I could read the news even without wifi or data. The new update requires a constant data or wifi connection or you can’t read the news. This app is now garbage and will be deleted. Too bad!!!

Love the site itself. It’s the app that is a piece of crap. Constantly have to delete and reinstall on iPhone. Frustrating!!

Freezes all the time
When it’s working the App is great! But with the new iOS the app constantly freezes causing the user to uninstall then reinstall the app to get it work. Then it will freeze again within a day or so and you have to repeat the process.

Great App But Needs iOS13 support
Great overall app. I would give 5 stars if they updated it to support iOS13. No night mode and constantly freezing on startup. Content is great and no paywall yet.

Freezes constantly now
Since the last update with Apple, this app is freezing all the time. I’ve had to delete and install just about every day. It’s good for maybe three times opening it and then it freezes up. Never had an issue with this app prior to this update. Think it’s time for a fix on your end. Sooner as opposed to later

App freezes constantly. Have to keep deleting and re-installing then it works once or twice and freezes again. This was my favourite app but I’m not doing it again, sorry Toronto Sun.

Crashes Constantly
This app used to be one I’d check out everyday for news. However, since iPadOS 13 its been unusable. You open it and it instantly crashes on my iPad Pro 2018. It completely locks up the iPad. The mouse stops working also until you hit the HOME button and get out of the app. Then 10 seconds after you exit Sun app the mouse function will return.
This app is garbage now! Please fix it.

I bought this because the free one had a weeks worth of great political cartoons and the daily comics. The new one I paid for had neither. I can get the news free on the star app and tv so I cancelled after a week.
