I want a refund.
Paid $48 for the avast premium security on my pc and it says that I can use it also on my iphone but when I downloaded this I saw that they have a different subscriptions. I want my money back!

Love the product, quality and pricing. However quality of on technical support with respect to call quality reception and isolating issue, including active listening skills to find fixes for various levels of technical customer aptitude’s requires improvement.
Including a activation installation video demonstration if both IOS, APPLE, MAC on various device sizes.

It all started probably last year. I got Avast on my laptop, and when seeing how awesome it was, I had to get it on my other devices! I remember a certain time when Avast stopped me from visiting a certain site, because of phishing. And the phishing site was for ad choices on google!! Thanks for protecting my devices Avast!!!!!

Slowed down my iPhone and crashed Network settings
As much as I liked the idea of this app, this really slowed down my iPhone 10, to the point where I kept needing to switch back and forth between cellular and WIFI. A few days ago I got a weird message saying “switching to 3080 cellular network” and then yesterday my phone was unable to connect to my Telus cell network. I had to reset my network settings (first time in three years) and that fixed the problem and everything connects fine now. The app is still on, but the VPN is set to off.

Tricks you into paying money
The wifi inspector said my connection is not secured, but most other wifi inspectors said my connection was good. Doesn’t even have a malware scan and wayyy simple. The photo vault has a limit. Terrible service don’t get, it is miles off the pc version. I would recommend Mcafee app way better than this scamming crap.

Absolutely not worth it, after 3 days i installed this app i realized that my data didn’t actually work, i thought my phone was broken or whatever, but when uninstalled the Avast, internet came back. They don’t return your money as was stated “money back guarantee “ they charged me for one year and refused to pay back
