The app is great in terms of functionality, but unless you’re a premium user you have to sit through an unskippable ad for premium every time you open the app. Unless you’re at a point in life where paying for premium aligns with your goals, skip this app and use one that doesn’t hound you for money every time you open it.

i have endometriosis and tracking my periods and all the data possible has been super helpful over the last three years. however when it comes to sharing the information, it’s not possible to export the pictures saved in the cervical mucus section, but the LH tests are in the exported data. it would be great to be able to have even small thumbnails of these pictures as it’s been very helpful to explain to my gynecologist/surgeon specialist what is going on during my cycles.

Really love using Femometer in my daily routine, and using it alongside FAM. I recently noticed they changed the layout of how the chart looks. I really don’t understand how to read it this new way and there isn’t any info about how to read/use the chart now.

So far the best app. Not amazing but better than the others.
After successfully conceiving I have to change my review. This app was my favourite for my trying to conceive journey however now that I am onto the next stage of this I truly dislike this app for pregnancy. There’s nothing that has changed except a cartoon picture of what the baby looks like on the inside. The daily reminder for 2 weeks has been to take folic acid (which you should really be looking for folate as 40% of women don’t change folic acid into folate and that’s what you need your body to do). I’ve cancelled my subscription and won’t be renewing it as there are much better free options for pregnancy.

I like this app for the BBT chart with the colour-coding depending on the phase of one’s cycle. What I don’t like is that as soon as I report egg white cervical mucus, it switches the proposed ovulation day to the current day, which is never accurate! It seems BBT overrides any LH testing as well, so I am not convinced the algorithms are accurate for predicting ovulation. At least one can override the day based on LH test strips. I think it relies too much on the previous cycle as opposed to averaging all (or at least the last 3) cycles.
Also, some of the wording of daily tips bugs me - it is nit-picky - but if a couple is trying to get pregnant, I would not say I am trying to “fall” pregnant (that gives it a negative connotation); I am trying to “become” pregnant!

It’s a constant bombardment of ads to buy the premium version. I’m already using their products or I wouldn’t have known about the app. I just want to track my BBT in peace.
Don’t like the way it counts the days. It used to tell you what day of your cycle you were on when you opened the app. Now it changed to a countdown of your ovulation day which it never predicts correctly...

The essentials of the app are pretty good, but the tone of all the comments and analysis is insensitive and often offensive. As if it isn’t hard enough to deal with possible infertility and TTC and having to take a million measurements on my body - now I have an app that shames me when my results are not consistent. Great. Just what I needed. For example, my temps have been erratic lately and I have no idea why and it’s stressing me out. The app pointed this out and instead of offering any number of medically valid and reassuring reasons why my temps might be jumping around, it tells me that it’s my fault for having bad “measuring habits”. Of course. Obviously my weak woman brain can’t manage figuring out how to take a temperature each morning... that’s just one example. The same kind of blame the user (i.e., blame the woman) content is scattered all through the app.

This app is useless. I know it’s only an estimate but the estimate is way off. Since everybody is different you should not rely on this app or any other. Just take the tests from drugstores. In my case the estimate was WAY off and it made me totally miss the date!
