Needs Update
This used to be a great app that I used daily but it stopped working properly with the ladst couple of IOS updates. Attempts to reach the developer bounce back. Looks like the app has beren abandoned. Too bad.

Trop de pubs!
L’application est bien faite, les vidéos nous aident bien à faire l’étirement.
Malheureusement, dès qu’on clic à quelque part, il y a une pub qui suit. Beaucoup trop de pub pour être agréable à utiliser.

It’s a good app but could add more abdominal stretches.
