I just lost my textbook
With my mid-term coming up, I open the app to start studying, as I do every week, except this time, my textbook is gone.
What the hell?
Now I need to go thru their support process to get help.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Clunky and unapproachable
Call me naive, but when I bought an ebook textbook from Macmillan, I imagined that I would be able to read it on iBook or Kindle. Oops. The required Macmillan reader is slow, has a horrible font choice and page layout, cannot be zoomed on an iPad Pro, and stalled twice while searching through pages and thus had to be restarted. I resent paying this much for an ebook and then having to view it with this very frustrating interface. It’s free, and it’s not really worth that. I should have bought the hard copy book. :(

There are so many exercise question errors, and spelling mistakes in this textbook. It’s hard to believe this is a university level course base.
