The app is user friendly. The drivers are friendly, immediately available and professional. I have a personal experience where i was new in town and the place that i went was sketchy. The driver made sure i safely got into the building.

Thanks so much for bringing me to my appointment. My driver was so kind and the price was so affordable. I was surprised how quick my ride showed up and even got offered water and chocolate! Definitely brought joy to my day. Will definitely order groceries from URIDE Services next time I need mandatory snacks and food. Love how Uride is expanding in Thunder Bay!!

First time using the services, decided to give it a try. Booked a driver and he informs me that he is here, and I am just about to head down until he charges me a no show fee and I watched him zoom off as soon as I came down! Consider giving more thought on who you hire as drivers. Never using uride again.

Downloaded app figured it would be handy to have. App asks to authorize by entering code and by txt msg. App will not allow cursor to come up or will allow me to enter said code into app - therefore can’t move forward. Deleting!
Note: running and was trying to install on new iPhone 11 Pro.

Sadly, looks like there are kinks to work out as the app does not accept any credit card, I attempted to use 3 different ones - it just returns an error message that there was an issue processing the card and to try again later. It was suggested I try this out in Winnipeg, looks like the only valid options are ReRyde and TappCar. Too bad it’s completely broken!

Tried using this app a couple times. Each time it said there was no cars available. So I closed the app. Yet it charged me 4$ for a no show each time. No vehicles came either time. Didn’t send notifications of a car is available or it’s on its way, or it’s here. Or a ride is accepted. All my notifications are turned on btw. Their is no cancel request option or anything like it to say, I am not waiting for a car to become available which may never happen. Hey Uride I want my money back.

The app itself is not reliable.. however the company is great and reliable. After you book your ride, almost always the app doesn’t show that you have a ride booked. With that, it obviously doesn’t show how far away your ride is. It is really frustrating.
