I like the games but no bonus ever. At 25 cents a spin - pumped a thousand dollars through and not a single bonus. So frustrating and pretty sure they aren’t meeting the pay scaled threshold. Only convenient if you are purchasing lottery tickets etc. do not, I repeat, DO NOT use the casino portion, it’s actually terrible, the RTP is not even close to what it should be and when we do hit a bonus it’s usually a small win even if your bet was large. The same games on other platforms give you much large more frequent wins. Almost suspiciously angled against the player. Try BetMGM or even FanDual, at least they eventually throw you a win. Expected much better from the OLG to be honest. Very disappointed.

Limits to your winnning
After any wins of a significance, usually just your own money back, it’s noticeable you will not win again until you spend X amount more. The process repeats itself, the staff are unable to help and offer a series of canned responses. The games kick you out during play taking your money and registering it as a loss. The games are rigged, and even with proof of fault the staff never look into anything. It’s designed to take from you and give nothing back under the guise they’re doing great community service

Avoid at All Cost
After playing many hours of the same games on different networks, I have noticed a trend with their games. They give you a few bonuses early on, then bam nothing for what seems like an eternity. This is primarily with Games Global Games. Unfortunately, their site is primarily Games Global, so expect this experience. My advice is to hit and run. As soon as you see multipliers max out, have three targets look like they want to explode in power combos, or have cash bonus max out….RUN
ALSO they have the slowest cash out of any site in Ontario, so be aware of this.
My recommendation is for players to play on sites that don’t offer games global games.

Misleading and designed to cheat you out of your money
I opted in for a promotion for a game called “cash eruption” for a number of free spins.
When I went into the app to look for the game, it showed me a game called “cash eruption” Being the first thing and featured prominently, I figured it was the game. Was looking for.
When I tried to use my free spins, it deducted $10 from my account and didn’t use the promotion.
When I spoke with OLG about it, they said I played the wrong game. I had clicked on “cash eruption high stakes” not “cash eruption.”

I only use the app to scan tickets, it worked fine on my previous iPhones but since upgrading to a 14 pro the app cannot focus close up (when the bar codes fill the box) move farther away to focus doesn’t read the codes.

This version has lost functionality
Not as good as the previous version and the simple functionality of checking tickets has been pooched. Lotto Max tickets checked now return an "Invalid Barcode" message with options to Retry, Cancel or Contact Support. I have uninstalled it from my iPhone 7 (with the latest IOS onboard) and will consider reinstalling it if they fix this issue. Do not recommend using it. Recommend keeping the older version and not updating the app on devices.

Double check your tickets
I just scanned my lotto max tickets (3 tickets total) and it showed that I won a free play with one ticket and the other two tickets showed 2 free plays each. I went to go see the retailer which I only won two free plays on one ticket so maybe it was a glitch?!

This app doesn’t let you buy lottery tickets during COVID
There is a web page which lets you buy tickets but it’s cumbersome. The app which focuses on lottery tickets for ONTARIO should also permit access to purchasing and checking the on-line tickets.
